Pros +
- Location, hospitality, food and comfort. One of the best hotel experiences ever. Will come here again when I go back to Prague.
- Peaceful location near to the subway/metro stop and tram stop with easy access into Prague city centre within 15 mins. The rooms are spacious with a decent shower and bathroom. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area without too much passing traffic.
- Good location, nice reception, good breakfast.
Cons -
- The hotel bar closes very early or does not open in the evening at all.
- This was our second stay in the hotel. Now ee got a room, where the bed was super uncomfortable, when I moved on the bed it was squizing. I had a terrible sleep quality. One more bad thing: we wanted to eat lunch at 13:30 and were provided with a limited lunch menu. We told the waiter that my wife is pregnant and has also allergies so she cannot eat anything from the menu and we would like a la carte. The waiter refuesed it. This is a huge red flag.

I loved the thin bacon at breakfast and the egg spread. The room was very comfortable, with a balcony that I didn't expect! The view over Prague city at night was wonderful to see. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and very clean and the shower had immediate hot water. The mini fridge was certainly a bonus too for storing fridge food I had bought. Finally, the selection of tea was very tasty and flavoursome. Very professional room and a lovely gentlemen at the front desk with whom I had a warm welcome and short story exchange.
Nothing!
Really nice hotel, location and staff.
The bed could be a little bit more comfortable.
Great hotel, nice polite staff, wonderful room, very clean, breakfast was ok….plenty of choices, nice meal in the restaurant. Good location for the Kobylisy metro station just round the corner and up the road a bit, not far.
I thought 16€ per night for parking was a bit much! Coffee at breakfast could have been better!
A small cozy hotel outside the city center. The tram stop is right by the hotel entrance, and the metro is just a 5-minute walk away, so it was super easy to explore the city. We arrived for check-in in the evening and reception staff was very friendly and processed everything in minutes. The room matched the website photos perfectly and had a minibar, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee/tea/sugar. Everything was spotless, with daily cleaning. Throughout our stay, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast restaurant has a stylish interior. Breakfast included cold cuts, fresh vegetables, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and selection of drinks (coffee/tea/juices). We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Troja, thank you for your hospitality!
Very pleasant and quiet hotel with an excellent connection to the city centre (close to both the direct metro and tram line). Breakfast was very nice and had always enough things. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Altogether, a great place to stay either during a business or a private trip!
Super spacious room, friendly desk staff, easy self check in when arriving late
We didn’t notice anything we didn’t like.

Relatively new hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast. Hotel has its own restaurant with good kitchen.
Rooms without view to the rather busy street are prefered. Room was quite small, not a problem for a short stay, but could be annoying if staying for a longer time.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast options. Very nice view of Prague from room and very comfortable
Requested single beds, but got 2 beds joined as one (not like picture), however did not request a change from our end as we managed either way.

The hotel is nice, check-in was simple, tram and bus station are nearby so you can easly reach the city centre...
The only complaint would be the thinness of the walls, since you can easly hear people talking in the next room.
The hotel was lovely but because we booked at the last minute we didn't get the room we would have liked
I didn't like the fact we were not told about the step down in our room as I fell down it twice as it is not clearly marked that there is a step there

comfy room, good internet, clean, breakfast is okay
Nice hotel with very nice restorant that you can get some delicious Czech dishes. Great private parking spot. Great connection to public transport.
Old and worn out furniture. First thing I see is a blocked sink, unacceptable. There is no AC in the hotel and if you stay in the middle of a heat wave like I did then you are in a big problem. The breakfast had very limited options that were served every single morning, the beverages were always empty and were not refilled.
