Good location and breakfast.

Expensive parking 22 EUR/day. There is no extra facilities like bars, swimming pool, sporting center etc.

Location convenient, staff very helpful, breakfast was great; chocolate on pillows nice touch and very yummy! No issues with wifi but you may want to update hotel description, when I first booked it only mentioned wired internet in room; (via app)

The shower didn't have a shower curtain or wall; the carpet on the floor I'm sure was clean but seemed to have many stains on it;

Location is good, central enough and quiet area

Rooms old and shabby, beds uncomfortable, pillow is woefull! No staff after 7pm. I went to make a coffee at the coffee machine and I opened the mini fridge at the bar and it had mouldy milk

we didn’t get the type of room that we booked. it was freezing there were holes in the bedsheets & hairnot all the lights were workingthe way to the room was messy and dirty (used coffee mugs on the hallway & broken floor)the receptionist was rude & the had to store our luggage in a pile of other luggage

Very friendly staff, always ready to help if something is wrong. Excellent, tasty breakfast with a good selection of dishes, from mashed potatoes to yogurt with cereal. The location is good — about a 15-minute walk to the city center at a leisurely pace.

There was not enough light in the room; the main light and the heating did not work due to a broken card chip reading mechanism.

The hotel is clean and in a great location.

We stayed in room 403 and it was very cold. We called the reception to turn on the heating, and although they came and turned it on, it remained cold. In the end, we had to sleep in our clothes to keep from freezing. Also, the bathroom fan makes a very loud noise when turned on.

everythinh was OK

The bill was issued, but it is not confirmed by my accountant dept. as it is mentioned 1 double room, with 2 people. I requested your colleagues to re-issue the bill by e-mail on 19/12, but no reaction so far. I'm kindly requesting you to revise the bill No.7002507509. It wil help me very much as I was on a business trip in Prague (not a tourist). If the bill won't be revised I wil have to pay for the hotel by my own, thank you

Location was excellent. The breakfast selection and quality are excellent.

There was a very strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. We reported this to reception, but nothing was done about it. The entire hotel's furnishings appeared quite outdated and worn.The garage ceiling was leaking, and there was water standing under the car (unacceptable for €35 per day).

Helpful personnel and good conditions overall.

Some of the room facilities could have been improved. For example the small lamps over the head were not working properly.

Location is not bad, easy to walk everywhere.

Reception is not 24/7.Beds are so hard and uncomfortable and pillows are awful. No coffee making facilities in the rooms.Rooms are very dark and dated.Carpet threadbare.They start playing lift music right outside the rooms at 7am!!!

Very functional, I came in late and I receive a code to the door. A safe with my key, very convenient.

I do not think there is breakfast, if at all very minimal, be prepared.

For this price the stay was good

There was music playing from 7am untill evening in the corridors on each floor that made me unable to sleep and woke me up in the morning. J think management should remove it as it's disturbing

Great and easy experience of check-in at night. Much improved since before. Great breakfast experience with Natalie and (I guess) Vendy.

Hotel.is okay

I could not check in the other day because of rude receptionist Pavlo and even received email apology from hotel but not from Pavlo himself so it seemed it was kind of standard letter not sincere effort to manage situation. No consideration or compensation for my search of alternative accommodation at 1:00 in the night

It needs more cleaning (there are spiders in the corners) and the refrigerator wasn't working.

Location was amazing. Liked knowing people needed a code to get in when there was no one in reception. Woman working at the desk my first day was very informative and help me track down things I needed my first few days. Good shower pressure warm water and although I’m not a fan there was a tub and it was very clean

It was a little dated but considering I just used room for sleeping it’s not that important

The most decent value for money I could find. Easy check in/out and no further problems, daily room service and overall decent facilities

Quite run down, unclean shower curtain, loose shower tile after too much water spilling out, some rotten wood through continued humidity, only 1 main light and the two tiny bed lights worked and everything else was broken, rather short and insuficient bed cover, bathroom shelf loose and tilted, the place to hang the shower head was broken. All in all, quite run down by all the usage over the years.
