Location and location

The bathtub was unsafe. Getting in and out of the tub/shower was difficult because the side was so high-- it came up to my hip (I'm 5'3 tall). Unless you are over 6 feet tall, then it would be quite challenging.

Yes. Big no to the shower drainage. Asked to reception to fix and they did not fixed. The tub was half fool and not draining the water at all. That was the worst thing that could happened.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

Hotel has great location, just minutes away from the main square and many other turist attractions. Area around the hotel has plenty of shops, cafe etc, and convenient transport connection : metro and trams. We were lucky to get very quiet room, but it may depend from where your windows will look. Room was big, bathroom is very spacious with both bath and shower. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was decent, without variations day by day, but you can get bacon, sausages, eggs, cereals, cheese, juice, jaourt, cake etc.

We book a room 4 months before arrival and specifically asked for twin, which was confirmed by hotel. And still upon arrival we got double, with one bed but 2 blankets, which was considered as 'twin'. In the room we got 2 mugs, but 1 glass, 1 spoon and 1 coffee stick for two persons... It seems that staff doesn't care much about guests but still puts everywhere qr codes for tips. Room was very dark, with extremely inconvenient and dim lamps. Water flowed out of the shower stall, forming puddles on the bathroom floor. Beware that they serve breakfast down in restaurant cellar, if person has mobility problems, it will be very difficult to go many stairs down and then up.

Nice location. Close to shopping center and public transportation. Staff very friendly and helpful especially a guy namely Mario.

Excellent location, close to major attractions. Breakfast was a great added bonus for us. Down stairs restuarant area was very interesting.

Bath (shower) was very deep and hard to get in and out of.

We found some things under the bed from previous person, walls had a lot of marking which affected seeing it as clean and weird window position (plus the windows were not clean). Breakfast was good in variety but when we got there at 9:30 am it seemed like most things were gone and weren’t topped up like pancakes or scrabbled eggs and sometimes juices, fruits etc. And some things had to run out for a while like lack of chocolate sauce (first world problems, I know). The pictures also showed that precels are hanging from the ceiling and that’s not true.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town.

The top floor had now covers for the windows.So as soon as it gets light the room is also lighted.

It was a big room with nice touches, but it was tired...walls need general maintenance. Fantastic breakfast but I struggled with the steps. It would be better if more accessible.Also, a walk in shower, or a shower over a simplified bath would be preferable.

Location….location……location!One younger staff male member in reception was happy and very helpful.

The other staff appeared unhappy and unfriendly…they didn’t appear to enjoy being there. They did answer most queries……..No customer service.
