Good breakfast, convenient location, the apartment was clean.

The toilet was leaking and we had to wait a few minutes to get hot water in the shower running after turning it on

Breakfast was very good, and the employees specially the recepcionist was incredible helpful and friendly, i will totally repeat. location and value for the money is there!!

You can hear the tram passing by, but it wasnt that much.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It looks fresh and modern and has everything you need. The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Vienna, about a 1 minute walk to Stephansplatz and 2 minutes to the metro. Restaurants, museums, and major sights are all within a 25 min walk, which made it easy to enjoy the city and its architecture. Customer support was great as well, very responsive and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevator does not go to the basement level where the breakfast room is.

Breakfast was very good and we could eat different types of food everyday. It was really the best thing in the hotel! We really enjoyed! ( the ladies and the service was really a plus)

I think it will be important clean and disinfect the rooms, change the towels everyday, repaint the walls and have an attention to the details. It was not a 4 star hotel at all, maybe 3! ( pillows were very uncomfortable aswell)

The hotel is located in a really good neighborhood, the tram is really close to it and youcan reach the whole city easily. Supermarket is also close to it. The room was big enough,and the bedroom in good condition to relax after a tiring day.

The floor had some dirty points, the sheets could have been cleaner, the bathroom, too...We found the trash bin in the toilet room full...

The room was clean and The beds were comfortable. The place was central and close to everything. Except there was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room, everything was good.

That it was very close to public transport so it was good for that.

Everything really, staff seemed like when we asked for room service that they had to and not because we had paid, very rude did not care what we would of liked to ask for, when asked for a different room because there was a leak from the bathroom on arrival they said we will get someone out as we have no spare rooms, we were there for 4 days and no one had come out to have a look at the leak so we had a smelly room for 4 days but the hotel staff did not care, unfortunately I would not recommend to anyone, also when we had asked for clean towels as we were there for 4 days, we came back to the hotel with the exact same towels that had just been folded up as we knew they were the same as there was a stain in a certain place and it was still there.

Room was nice and affordable. It had nice air-conditioning which made it easy to sleep during the summer time without opening the windows. Nice eating options nearby. Small tram ride to the main attractions.

The breakfast needs to have more variety of options. A bit of uphill walk from the tram station to the hotel, so not easy if you are dragging baby stroller. The room bathroom didn't have soap, shampoo but were provided on request. Loud tram noise (every 3-5min) if you open the window during the evening.

Very good location. We traveled to Prague by train and the hotel was only 2 tram stations away from the railway station. Everything in the city was easily accessible from the hotel with public tranportation. The proximity of the tram caused some noise, but it didn’t bother us too much. The staff was super nice, very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was the best, huge selection and very tasty.

The cleanliness of the place was problematic. The barhroom tiles showed signs of mold, weird stains in the toilet, the room didn’t smell great. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, but definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Not a normal hotel, reception does not work 24/7. Mold in the icky shower and not super clean.Not a nice facilty overall.

Location is solid, close to tram, some fast foods/restaurants and supermarkets.
