Hotel City Bell

Very good location, very spacious room, perfect privacy for two couples, good value for money for the available breakfast, rooms were clean and quiet.

Outdated room facilities, toilet seat was in a separate bathroom without even a sink which was very inconvenient but bearable for a short stay.

The location was excellent. Hotel is really quiet. Room was big and comfortable and it was clean.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Did not really understand the parking option the hotel offered. We ended up parking in front of the hotel in the blue zone and managed to buy valid parking ticket online.

Good sized corner room with large windows overlooking Prague and great location.

I loved how spacious it was.The receptionist was so kind and nice. She helped me a lot and was very informative.

Room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good but could have been more fresh fruit. Great location. There was no safe in the room and no tea/coffe facilities which are the only suggestions to improve the rooms.

Great value for money, large room and bathroom. Breakfast basic but perfectly fine. Staff helpful. Good location away from the centre of town but a pleasant walk to Wenceslas Square and well connected by transport.

Basic. No facilities like kettle, iron or bar area (used the hotel for business so would have used it if available)

The staff were very friendly. Hotel facilities were all clean and tidy. Key card access was secure. Breakfast was a basic buffet but very sufficient. Very good access to the city with lots of trams nearby. The hotel is situated in a lovely area, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The decor is very out-dated. Our room had a door inside to an adjoining room and a sign saying the kitchen was being renovated. This room should be closed for renovation rather than in use for guests.

I travel a lot, but this hotel exceeded our expectations! Everything was simply amazing – excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a fantastic overall experience. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. If you're staying in Prague, this is the only hotel you should consider! Highly recommended!

The room is extraordinary value at a cost of about 45 Euros per night including breakfast.The room is huge and there sre four areas that can be isolated by closing doors. The bedroom itself is really big and it has a spacious wardrobe with hangers, shelves and drawers; one can easily empty their suitcases and leave everything in the wardrobe. The powerful heating system is very convenient for Prague's Autumn cold nights. The view from the room window is both beautiful and relaxing.Location is great in a quiet safe neighbourhood and just a few minutes far on foot there is Namesti Miru Metro Station, which is perfect to reach the airport by metro and bus directly.The reception staff members are extremely professional, friendly, thoughtful and efficient.

What will prevent me from staying in this same hotel again is the poor cleaning service. No one entered my room at all during three out of ten whole days and cleaning was fast and shallow during those remaining seven days.I stayed in the same room for eleven nights and bed linen were never changed, not even once. I was staying in a twin bed room and when the bed linen in the first bed started to smell badly and have halrs and stains after six nights I moved to the second bed. The dirty bed linen in the first bed have remained there until I left the room a few hours ago and the same has happened to the linen in the second bed where I have slept for the last five nights. The same thing can be said about the tablecloths in the breakfast room, one cannot say when they were washed for the last time and I did not dare to put my knife and fork and bread directly on the tablecloth.Bread in the breakfast room was always very old and one could only eat it if it was toasted.Very little water came out of the bathroom basin tap and if washing your face or hands took a long time then shaving with foam and water was a real nightmare.Checking out at 10.30 is too early.

Staff was very nice and attentive, location excellent, room was quiet - free from noise from outside.

Room was under reconstruction - it seemed to be an old flat to be converted to a hotel room - spacious but unfinished reconstruction. Simple furniture.

I wasn’t satisfied. There are better hotels with better quality and prices

There was no water in the bathroom to wash our hands, and in such a big shower, there was no hair dryer. Also, the room didn’t have any slippers. And the breakfast was also basic, Compared to other hotels that were cheaper than yours
