The Receptionists were very friendly, informative and helpful. Location is great. Entrance is a little sketchy and everything is a little worn but you get what you pay for. The breakfast was good, the mulled wine in the evening a nice treat. The shower took a few minutes to warm up and every time you flush it sounds like someone drilling. It delivers what you paid for.

The location is perfect. All places for tourists are so close, saving time and extra money. The hotel staff was nice.

The room was not the same as in the picture and there was some smell in the corridor. I ordered a single room but it was changed to a double room, I lived by myself but it was not the same as in the photo. The window was not out to the city. They refused to change it as there was no available room.

Cleanliness and location. Convenient access to all places of interest.

Street cleanliness was poor; no one cleared the snow, and walking through the slushy snow was difficult.

No shampoo or conditioner, no body lotion — only liquid soap.There is no kettle, coffee, or tea. There are no slippers either.On the first night there was no heating, and it was cool.

The location is so good: few steps from everything. It is 2 minutes from Starometske but also 12 minutes from Venceslao Square. You can reach easily any part of the town thanks to the Mustek metro station, which is near the hotel. The breakfast is included and there is a plenty of choice. The staff speak a very good English

Can be slightly noisy at weekends, but they supply ear plugs
