Pros +
- Close to Train Station
- Cool accommodation. Convenient location and competitive pricing. Also spacious rooms.
- Great location, just in the center of the square, comfortable beds, big spacious room. We would choose it again.
Cons -
- Finding the check-in lobby was a bit frustrating the signage is a bit vague. They should say 30m that way next to Marks and Spencer. Room was clean but smelled a bit like a wet cigarette .
- very steep stairs and only one card per room
- Not the property but outside is currently road construction.

Great location, just in the center of the square, comfortable beds, big spacious room. We would choose it again.
There is no storage room for luggage. We arrived early, and left the suitcases o the front desk, and they just set there.
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff
The indicated price is not accurate, they charged extra euros without any additional services, claiming it was for currency exchange costs.
Very well located, in the middle of downtown.
The windows are made of wood, you could hear any conversation from the street (I stayed on the 3rd floor) also, because of these windows the room was very cold.
Really good location, tram stop is just a few minutes away. Clean and decent sized room.
One of the night shift staff members was quite dismissive and unhelpful. Prior to our stay, I had messaged the hotel to ask whether I could borrow a vacuum to vacuum-seal my jackets, and I was told they would be more than happy to help. When I arrived, I spoke to two day shift staff members on two separate occasions, and both were very helpful and confirmed that I could borrow the vacuum. We were told that the vacuum would be delivered to our room on the night before our departure. However, the vacuum was not delivered, so we went to the front desk that night and spoke to a night shift staff member. He said he did not know anything about it and that he could not do anything. When I asked if I could borrow the vacuum directly, he simply said no, offered no alternative solutions, and made no effort to assist us. He then just stared at us, without attempting to help further.I later sent a message via Booking.com, and the day shift staff responded explaining that the vacuum had been delivered to the wrong room. Housekeeping then sent it to us on the morning of our departure but it was too late as I've already packed.I am grateful for the day shift staffs who were consistently helpful and I completely understand that mistakes can happen with housekeeping. However, the poor customer service from the night shift staff member left a very sour taste in my mouth.
Neighborhood was too noice. There was night club near hotel and it was hard to sleep
Almost everything was perfect: the room size, location, service, etc.We will definitely book this hotel again next time!
1. The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were large and hard; it was impossible to bend or adjust them, and we slept with discomfort for all 5 nights.2. There was no bottled drinking water in the rooms.Only because of these two points we gave a rating of 9; everything else was excellent.
Perfect location. Clean comfortable room. Adequate Toiletries. Excellent Room heating.
Our last night the shower water was lukewarm and not hot. Informed the central EA reception but result was indifferent. Stated the problem was due to local authorities and not the hotel.
We spent three nights at the hotel and were very pleased with its convenient location for tourists, right in the heart of the old town. We strolled through the old streets, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and shops. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly; they greeted us and checked us in without any hassle. On the morning of our departure, they ordered a taxi for us, and the attendant walked us to the car and carried our luggage. The rooms are very comfortable, with excellent plumbing. The room rate is very affordable for mid-range travelers. We express our sincere gratitude to all the staff and owners of this hotel.
The hotel is very well located, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although it’s on a very busy street, my room was at the back of the hotel, and I hadn’t slept that well in a long time, I couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
The only negative aspect is that there is no 24-hour reception. Although I didn’t experience any issues, at first, since I was travelling alone, I was a bit worried that something might happen during the night or that someone could enter the hotel after me. But everything went perfectly fine.
Central, nice hotel
First image is misleading, but it is very central, clean, friendly saff and rooms are nice
Good location at Wenceslaves Square with the old town nearby.
The construction works were in progress just in front of the window starting from early morning, otherwise all OK.
Great location and nice spacious room.
Located at the very busy street and its quite loud half way through night.
The room was awesome, it was huge and gorgeous, and it had great furniture. The bathroom was a little cramped, and there wasn't a tub for such a big room. But the location was perfect, close to all the sights and cool spots.
Bathroom was small and no bathtub

Location of the hotel is superb can't be better close to all modes of transport, new town and old town. Charles bridge reachable on foot.WiFi very good
Room was small for a 4 star hotel and for the price paid compared to other 4 star hotel I stayed in during the same visit just outside Prague new town. The reception area not always well manned.
Very good
The charged me 30€ more than the booking price, cause they charged at Cz CoronesOf course this was not hotels fault but booking should mention the currency
location, clean, huge room
old style.the indian receptionist in the morning asked us to use the key card to open the door. I understand that you have to use the card when there is no receptionist present. i assume he was just being lazy that day.
