The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well‑stocked minibar. The staff were very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which makes for a relaxing stay. The outdoor swimming pool has warm water, and there is also free parking available, which is a great convenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel also has a shuttle ( 8 place) and you can book on the reception if you would like to go to the city center.

I would suggest setting specific time slots for adults and children to use the swimming pool separately. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy (which is understandable, as kids want to play), but it makes it difficult when you want to swim peacefully.Also, the room has no air conditioning, and during our stay it felt very warm inside. Opening the window isn’t really an option either, as many insects come in.

The staff was amazing! Always very thoughtful and helpful. Very considering. That was the best part. Also the rooms are nice and clean! Some shops and supermarkets are near and a free shuttle bus brings you in no time to the city centre. My car broke down when arriving at the hotel and everyone was so quick to help and facilitate in everything that was needed! We are very thankful.

There were no positive aspects of our stay at Hotel Aura. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Our stay at Hotel Aura was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel had severe issues with cleanliness and maintenance. We discovered a bloodstained pillow and a brown stain on the bed, which was absolutely disgusting. Photos of these issues have been attached for reference.The problems didn’t end there. The safe in our room was broken, and despite reporting it to reception, it was not repaired during our stay. To our horror, a valuable bracelet went missing from our room, and the hotel’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. We were told we should have used the safe (which was broken) and were asked to check out early so the maids could search the room—an impractical and unreasonable request.The lack of cleanliness was further highlighted when we discovered a used condom under the dusty bed. This, along with the stained bedding, demonstrates a complete disregard for hygiene and guest comfort. Photos of these issues have also been included.To make matters worse, the hotel’s location was inconvenient, being quite far from the city center. This added unnecessary difficulty to our trip, as we had to spend extra time and money traveling to and from the main attractions.

A surprisingly lovely hotel. The room was clean and large with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast amazing with a lot of options and freshly made food. There was even a swimming pool that we didn't get to use due to lack of time. overall a great experience for a very good price

A bit far from the city center but the reception staff explained that there are buses which easily connect you to the city center.

Great staff members, great breakfast, the free parking, close to a huge supermarket, overall a good value for the price that we paid.

The distance to the center of Prague, for public transport you need to take a bus and change to the metro, or park your car at the metro station. That takes a while and in the winter time it's not so great. The free shuttle service of the hotel is limited for certain times of the day and for max 8 people so if someone booked it a head of you, you can't use it. Rooms could use a little update. But besides that it was a great stay.

Hotel is located 20 mins out of the city however they offer shuttle services. Very surprised with the facilities at the hotel, hot tub swimming pool and the best breakfast we had was the best on our trip so far. Staff were very friendly. The room was basic but it had everything we needed.

We really loved that the hotel had a playground outside and another one by the restaurant which kept my kids entertained. The receptionist was kind and friendly.We enjoyed the free jacuzzi and the shuttle bus is really convenient to visit the old town.We definitely want to come back.

I don’t like that the pool was closed and they had sauna only in some rooms.

The friendly and prompt staff to solve technical problems with the room. The attentive and friendly staff at the reception. The range of parking areas. The proximity to shopping malls and shuttle bus service to the underground station. The tasty breakfast. The variable room lighting setup.

Attention should be paid to the top of the door from the minibar (refrigerator) in the room, and the kettle's condition —present water from the previous guest should be checked.

Comfy beds, cool lights, 6/10 breakfast.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Stains on leather chair and window blinds. Dust all over the place. Very small shower and not cleaned even for 3* standards.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Did not hear the other people in the other rooms.

The doors in our room and others we heard squeezing. Need to oil them up.

Family friendly hotel with outstanding service. The bed was very comfy that you sure would get a good sleep. Our room was beside the elevator but we didn't hear any sound at all which I thought at first would be a problem but was not. Kids can enjoy the play area by breakfast room and the playground outside. We also enjoyed playing table tennis. Whirlpool is also nice even when it's cold outside. Breakfast has also a wide varieity. I like the walnut bread and you can put honey on it. It's yummy. Warm food also provided. Free shuttle to city is very convenient. It was really a pleasant stay. The personel were all nice and very helpful.

The shower was open that makes everything wet. It's good for people with disabilites though. Some parts of the room needs dusting. The mugs provided in the room was dirty and also the glass by the bathroom

reception quickly resolved the problem with the room decoration free of charge and complimentary drink. spa facilities and swimming pool. room mirrors and lighting looks great hotel if you have kids.

It would be great to have air conditioning. They forgot the decorations what nearly ruined my surprise.

The jacuzzi was really nice, the water was just perfect, reception staff was amazing, free shuttle to Center and cheap drinks.

The staff was really friendly and we loved all the facilities! While the location is not ideal, the free shuttlebus to the city centre was very practical. The swimming pool is lovely, so is the play garden for the kids. The breakfast is excellent as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

There are no real restaurants in the neighbourhood (except for a burger king and KFC), the hotel itself does not provide dinner in the restaurant in the evening.
