    Pros +

    • We were in an apartment 2 adults and a child and it was specious enough. The apartment had a separate entrance door, but it was just next to the hotel door, so it was not a problem for us. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
    • staff and location are nice.
    • The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The location feels a little removed from the central parts of Prague- mainly due to the steep hills that border it.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was one and the same every day and the variety was missing.
    • The toilet is smelly and got clogged during our stay.
    • The WiFi was very weak- I was only really able to get a stable connection (with my phone) on the first floor lobby / lounge areas.

Breakfast was really good. At reception they cooked me a pizza at 11 pm, so great for those girls

    Facilities are really old

    Staff, location and breakfast

Water didn't have enough pressure in shower, level of the sink was loose and air condition wasn't good enough

The hotel is on the main street and have lots of facilities around.

The sofa bed in the living room was broken which hurt our backs.

    10KathrynPosted on: 6-16-2025

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to look up maps and help me reserve a taxi for the airport. I enjoyed talking with them late at night, when the hotel runs a little bar with some wonderful Czech beer!

I like the hotel and the facilities, beautiful view from the city and very good location. The hotel is near the city center with Tram station right in front. Very good transport connection. The hotel team is extremely helpful and polite.

The breakfast could have a little more variety and more quality products. It's not bad, but it is not perfect. The apartments on the 5th floor are very hot in the summer, which makes it a little uncomfortable to sleep at night.

    Parking, location, stuff

No refrigerator in room (that's the only thing that is missing, but you see that when you book the room)

The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. It’s located right next to a tram stop, just five stops away from the main train station, which is super convenient. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. Just a note—both the coffee and the juices were made from powder, so don’t expect fresh options, but it still did the job to start the day.One thing to keep in mind: I wouldn’t recommend staying on the fourth floor during summer, as the room has no proper window and gets very hot. Also, due to the hotel’s close proximity to the tram line, it can be quite noisy with the metal screeching of trams—especially if the window is open. That said, I had no trouble sleeping with earplugs.

Breakfast was good.Located 10 mins from Vrsovice station, which us 5 mins from main station which has a regular service

Very good place to stay in Prague in indecently low cost concidering location, room size and descent breakfast.

It is very old and requires renovation.

The location is really good, you can easily get to the city center by tram, also you have some restaurants nearby if you are in a hurry. Definitely a plus is the variety of options for breakfast and the staff is so kind and helpful, I really recommend this hotel!!

The bathroom shower wasn’t really clean

    10MonikaPosted on: 1-8-2025

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff at the reception. I recommend, it's great for the price

There are no water glasses in the room to make the stay easier, but it's not terrible.

The breakfast provided a variety of options and met the needs of my children effectively.

The room featured outdated decor, particularly the carpets and walls. Furthermore, there was a strong unpleasant odor, likely emanating from the pipes, which was noticeable each time we entered the room.

    7LesterPosted on: 12-28-2024

The location couldn't be better! It offers fantastic access to all that Prague has to offer, making it easy to explore the city. The beds were comfortable, and the kids slept well.

Unfortunately, the room cleaning incurs a fee. This is disappointing, especially since the room has an unusual smell that needs attention. We couldn't adjust the temperature; it was too warm for our liking.

Friendly staff, clean, value for money and close to public transport.

The lift was out of order for 24 hours which was annoying when one guest had mobility problems.

    9LesleyannPosted on: 12-24-2024

Good value for money. Rooms were big and spacious. Extremely clean and loved the under floor heating. Tram right outside took you into the city centre. We preferred the quiet area, rather than the hustle and bustle. Great pizza place frankies for takeaway underneath and a nice restaurant in the town called Pizza West.Liked the fact that I could send information before arriving so that checking in was an easy process. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    8SiahPosted on: 12-19-2024

The room is a bit small with no view. It's quite clean with very basic facilities. It comes with breakfast which was good. Public parking is available in front of the hotel and is very convenient. Location is excellent! With a few tram stops nearby that bring us to the city centre! The receptionists are all very helpful

Room a bit old. We need to borrow the electric kettle from the reception. There are 3 of us and by the time the 3rd person is showering, there is no hot water.

A good location for my needs, and they had accommodated my request not to overlook the street at the front. The breakfast room was pleasant, and the food was varied and of good quality. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the possibility of retaining my room key for the stay was greatly appreciated.

The lift broke down one day, which is unfortunate, but a notice saying 'out of order' on the lift would have been helpful. The breakfast room seemed a little cramped - it was almost impossible not to block the passageways between tables. There was no muesli or much fruit. There seemed to be some rather noisy guests, although I did not make an issue of this with Reception. The level of soundproofing around the bedrooms is fairly low, it appears. The bathroom was a touch cramped, the shower door only just opened wide enough for me. There was also a shelf unit at head height just outside the bathroom door which it was very easy to walk into.
