To the Hotel Management,Greetings,I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience I had during my stay at your hotel, specifically at the café located within the premises.One day, I went to the café intending to enjoy a drink I had brought with me from my room, something I had done on previous days without any issue or objection from the staff. As I sat down and took out my cigarette pack—without even lighting a cigarette—I was approached by a staff member who rudely asked if I was going to smoke and told me that bringing my own drink was not allowed. I tried to explain my situation calmly, but he seemed uninterested in what I had to say. He then threw the menus on the table and said, “This is a café,” before walking away in a disrespectful manner.I believe the matter could have been handled more politely and professionally, especially considering that I am a guest at the hotel and expect a level of service that reflects the reputation of your establishment.In addition to this incident, I would also like to mention some concerns regarding the room conditions during my stay. Upon check-in, the room was extremely hot. I contacted reception to adjust the temperature, and while someone was sent to assist, the issue was not resolved. For the first two nights, the room remained uncomfortably hot. Then, for the remaining three nights, the room became extremely cold, with the temperature dropping to 20.4°C, and I was unable to adjust it myself. This made my overall stay quite uncomfortable.I kindly ask that you review this complaint and take the necessary actions to improve the guest experience and ensure such issues do not occur in the future.Note if you are clusterphobic the toilet is extremely un comfortable as for the toilet was next to the shower box and it was extremely clustered , the wasn't working unfortunately I tried to tell the receptionist to call a technician to fix the issue with the phone also no response.

Everything was perfect.. Breakfast, room, facilities and the staff are very friendly and attentive

The beds and pillow were very uncomfortable, the breakfast was very overpriced if you don’t drink.

The breakfast was incredible and the location is perfect for walking all the major sites.

We had a very small room. The room could have been cleaned a bit better as the landline phone was filthy and there were vitamins left from previous guest.

We liked the style of the hotel, the cleanliness and the athmosphere.

They could have more staff at their bar during the night, we went there a few times and there was always some wait to get service.

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help. I loved the ginger shots in the morning. Each person was so kind and welcoming and made it feel like it was a home away from experience. Best espresso martini ever! At night I loved the fireplace in the room that they would turn on. It made the room very cozy.

The Hotel was amazing, with very comfy atmosphere&decor and clean. Great location and a few steps from Prague Main Station and express airport bus. Highly recommend !

Beautiful hotel. Upon entry they have free mulled wine and cookies that you're welcome to all day. Rooms are large and comfortable. The sauna is top notch too with a steam room and a finske ~ 210F room. With tea and relaxation areas. Huge gym. 5 min walk to Subway and 15 to Old Town Astrological clock

Clean, comfortable spacious rooms, friendly staff, quiet location

Location was great for us. We needed to catch the train on departure, just across the road.Breakfast was wonderful.The room was nice too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, and the workout facilities are excellent. The overall atmosphere is very unique, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.We had a perfect weekend overall.

We like every thingThe location( 5 minuets walk from the main railway station- from the airport recomand to take the buss airport expresstraight to the rail way).10 minuets walk to the old city ang vazlav squere. Fabulous hotel. I liked everything- room, location, service, gym, sauna

Room was big, breakfast was really nice options, restaurant and bar was also great.

Our bathroom had a little smell, not sure if it was due to mold or not. There was also not good ventilation in the room, so it was very hot.

Location location and peaceful!

Needed some touch up’s on interior work, bathroom needed maintenance due to water damage but otherwise lovely!

The property is located in a great area. Only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 5 minute walk to the main bus station

The A/C wasn’t the best (unless we couldn’t figure it out). But we just opened the windows and it was cool enough

Train/underground next door. Spa facilities. Location very good. High ceiling in room give better feel for the standard size.

No grab bars in tub and to narrow. Stop with the half glass shower. Rather have full curtain..

I loved it

The staff do not help with luggage and clearly get angry with doing it. They get so angry and rude to the point that they start making noises, I think the dont understand that not everyone is on vacation and some people have actual long work trips and need to take their luggage.
