Nice and customer oriented staff, great location outside city center and close to public transportation

Good size clean room. Fairly good breakfast included.

Could not see anything but the sky from the windows. Not all the staff was very friendly.

The room had everything we needed (we have used it just to sleep over, while the rest of the day we were in the city center). It is super clean, beds are comfy and WiFi and parking are included in the price. It is in the quiet part of the city, surrounded by woods/park so no noise during the night. Breakfast is what you would expect from a continental buffet. Although a bit remote from the city, it is relatively easy to come to the bus (~5 mins walk) or tram (~15mins walk) to start the journey to the city center which is ~30 minutes away. As the public transport in Prague is perfectly organised, I wouldn't say this is much of a downside as we have been expecting it.

the location is amazing quiet trees around like inside a forest. great access to public transportation and even for walk and jogging. the breakfast was perfect typical healthy food which match my favorite light foods. the room was so organized for one person to include everything i need. i did my work easily as software development and i felt like i am home.Over all, i had pleasure with the country and with my stay and i recommend this place .

This hotel is locating in very comfortable location for travellers with car, parking is free. Hotel staff is very qualified and everyone there deserves a big recognition. Breakfast is tasty and with enough choices. You can see and feel the effort they have put in this hotel, really very pleasant stay. Calm place, very good breakfast

The rooms were nit cleaned, only towels were changed every day.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing too. The rooms are decent and you get a homely feeling.

Noise isolation with the neighbor rooms could be better: every morning I woke up because of staff talking loudly in the hall. Everything was well heard - walls could be thicker.

The breakfast was of rich contents with plenty of quality choice. Location of the hotel seemed nicely connected to the rest of the city. Public transport from the point of the hotel was easy to figure out and use. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. Hotel staff is helpful and easy to talk to in english as well. Overall, our stay seemed worth the price.

Clean and quiet

The decor of the hotel seems a little confused, but do not let it fool you. The fan in the bathroom was insanely loud and did not shut off at all. With the door closed it was fine.

The location is peaceful and easily accessible, with the tram stop Cerny Kun about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The tram ride to the city center takes approximately 20 minutes. The breakfast was enjoyable, although the menu was the same for two days, but we appreciated having the option to choose. The bed was comfortable, and the room offered ample space. We appreciated receiving two bottles of water and some sweet snacks for our travels after check-out, it was very nice.

The bathroom lacked a heating system, so it was quite cold there. We managed to mitigate this by keeping the door open as much as possible to allow the warmth from the room to circulate, but this was not something we expected. Additionally, the towels were not able to dry again then. The curtains ended at the length of the windows, allowing light to enter in the morning, and we prefer a darker room for better quality sleep. The battery in the bath area was not very clean and could benefit from better cleaning. Also, I noticed a dead insect above the bed and some debris, which suggests that more thorough attention from housekeeping would be helpful.

The breakfast was verry good and the location is fantastic (quiet beautifull neighborhood, near the forest). You can reach the city center easily, by tram, in less than half an hour.

I booked a room with double bed and I get an apartament with two verry small rooms. One room had two normal beds and one bed for small children, all separated by some kind of beams (sustaining the roof). The other room was very small with two beds seated next to each other. The TV was placed on the wall, at the edge of the bed. So, we practicly share the bed with the TV. We have never seen something like this, although we stay a lot in hotels. After checking in I asked the receptionist for another room, if possible, even after a day or two. He told me to speak with another receptionist because he can do nothing... not even to transmit my request to someone else. Not having the ability to understand this kind of hospitality, I gave up any expectations and adapted to the warehouse conditions. You can see the photo atached.

Very nice staff with friendly and helpful attitude. Absolutely tidy and very well taken care of place. The bathroom was shining and clean and we did not expect such a nice stay for this price. Breakfast was amazing

The location seemed to be a little in “nowhere”, but it did not disturb us as we were with a car. Can not say anything about people traveling with public transportation, but the staff right away asked us wether we will need a guidance on how to get to the city centre and what to see in Prague
