Pros +
- Location near the centre of Prague and the main train station, good access with public transport. I use this hotel whenever I travel through Prague and I appreciate that they meet my requests regarding the type of room. Comfortable beds and well furnished rooms, fast internet.
- Amazing location, close to everything. Only 2 minutes to the metro station and 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was very clean and tidy. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come again.
- Expected comfort for 100 € / night , got back pain instead:the only good thing is the friendly reception staff, also the bathtub, but it leaks water in the shower, so prepare for lots of towels on floor, during your stay, now let me tell you about the horror sleep i had.omg the worst bed i have slept on in my entire life ! it literally broke my back, i swear i woke several times during the night to find myself drowning in the drowned bed mattress, it was awful, i went down during the middle of the night to ask if they can change the mattress, of course they couldn't because its night, the other day, they clamed they changed the mattress (while i was out in the city ), but they did not or they changed with similar bed mattress , so i kept sleeping on the edge of the bed because its less soft, ( i had queen bed )i have been to cheaper hostels who had way better beds / Matrasses.one more thing, they have the slowest elevator you will ever experience , it takes 5 minutes to arrive to the 3rd floor ( my room ) 1 minute to close and open elevator door, i actually set a timer to check, prepare lots of scrolling on your phone in order to get to your room.location, it is the city yes, but not where you want to stay, there is nothing around, except cars and trucks passing by all the time
Cons -
- Perhaps a tea kettle in the room would be helpful. Other than that, I always enjoy my stay in this hotel.
- very very horrible old bed mattresssuper slow elevator location: takes 15 minutes to old town by train / bus and 25 minutes by walking for 100 euro a night i excepted wonders, not back pain and sleepless nights in return , bye, will never comeback !
- The wifi connection was very weak. The internet kept disconnecting. The floor and bed squeaked from every movement.

The location was great, just a few minutes from a tram. The room was clean and spacious. It had a minibar.
The wifi connection was very weak. The internet kept disconnecting. The floor and bed squeaked from every movement.
I like where the property was located. The room was decent and had AC which as nice.
I asked for an extra towel bc the ones in my room had a hole in them. They said I have to pay for it. The bathroom was not super clean.
The Tivoli is a beautiful art deco hotel. The beds were comfortable and there is a lift. It is clean and easy to locate.
We liked everything
The room was bigger than I expected and well located, well cleaned. And the bed was so comfy.
Everything is conveniently located. The area is very walkable, with a metro and tram station nearby. There’s even a McDonald’s just two blocks away. It’s also close to the main attractions. The room was very spacious. I loved it.
I don’t think there is something I didn’t like.
The location was terrific and having a 24 hour front desk was exceptional
We asked for accommodations for three adults and received two regular beds and a cot. The cot was unacceptable. We asked to change rooms and were ignored. I’m terribly disappointed that we paid for three adult beds and ended up with an uncomfortable for-children-only cot. My 70-year-old sister had to sleep on that thing and was miserable the whole time. Not only that, they refuse to give her breakfast coupons.
Excellent location, close to trains and trams. Very friendly staff.
Very good location, staff was helpful. Cleanliness can be improved.
It has a good location, close to the center. It is more or less clean. It has good staff.
No one cleaned the room for 4 days, neither the sheets nor the towels were changed. I did not find any basic things. Shampoo, slippers, bathrobe, mini toothpaste, etc.
The hotel was definitely a nice value close to public transportation. It did have a fridge. It was about a 25-30 min bus or tram ride to the down town area.
Great location. Excellent value for money. Clean.I like that they contacted me for any issues during the stay. So small things can be resolved.
I would have preferred a kettle rather than a fridge :)
The location was perfect for me , just one street from my work location. The metro , bus and tram stops were just 3minutes walk . There were many shops and restaurants around- a small Korean restaurant with delicious food just 1min walk. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed comfortable.
Excellent space in the room, great space between each beds (3 Single beds) and spacious bathroom too. Nice big windows and ceiling. Was very clean with great friendly service from reception/staff. Location is great and a walking distance into town.
Location
The room is located on the top floor and has no windows, except for one skylight on the roof.
The location was probably the best thing about this hotel, it’s pretty easy to get to center or to main station since there is metro right in the area. The price was good as well. The reception is 24/7 so therefore the check-in is possible anytime.
The rooms were very old and it felt almost creepy to stay there. The floor would creak every time anyone would walk on it and in our room we had a hole in the ceiling and through the hole you could see some tubes, which was pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn’t included, it was extra 5 euros to add it (which is a good price) although the breakfast itself wasn’t very amazing, there weren’t much options with the food. Another small minus that I encountered was that the receptionists don’t speak Czech. This is not an issue for me since I speak English fluently but when I look at it on a general scale, there might be some older people who would like to be interested in staying in this hotel and who don’t speak English. This could be something to improve.
The futon was fluffy and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was good and the staff was friendly
The only negative thing was that the TV didn't work at all.
The location was close to many grocery shops and old town. The room was quite warm for December temperatures. The bed was incredibly large for a double bred
The room lightning was very dimmed and some lights did not work.
