Ventana Hotel Prague

The location was great! We enjoyed walking around old town and having easy access to our hotel. Breakfast was included. The room was very large and our view was great.

Air conditioning was marginal - since it was cool at night we left the windows open (we could hear noise) but if it had been warm it would have been a different story. Breakfast was ok there were a few flies around the food.

Location

Not enough options to charge the phone in several places, and can't charge direct with USB. The free drinks in the lobby are great but just after asking we knew about it. And the didn't refill it

Hotel employee was over the top and wonderful. Exceptionally nice man. The room was very spacious with a great view of the church. The location was perfect. The breakfast was great.

Location, staff friendliness

Great room, great location !

Perfect location and exceptional staff.

The location was superb, the hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Very nice room and very nice breakfast.

Locality was excellent ; staff very helpful and respectful. Nice room. Good choice of breakfast. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco as special birthday gift.

Single duvets kept sliding off bed and “hot” breakfast for later arrivals a bit sad.

The Location

The Breakfast staff were awful. There is an old guy in there who shouts abuse at women. When you complain, the Manager does not want to meet you, and will not answer your emails. Do not stay here.

Absolutely charming building full of beautiful character! Spotlessly clean and such a comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Prague. The Old Town Square is basically on the doorstep. The nearest Metro station is about a 10 minute walk. The room was excellent with a good bathroom as well as a safe & mini bar, Breakfast offered plenty of choice to start the day. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Location, lovely big clean room and lovely breakfast

It was all perfect! From the moment the grant door was opened upon our arrival the service was excellent. Location ideal. Breakfast delicious. Staff warm, friendly, courteous, helpful, welcoming, delightful.Have already recommended it to friends

Absolutely nothing!

The location was very central, breakfast was very good

Cleanliness was poor, the toilet was not clean when we arrived and it really put us off

Breakfast was good …Location was exceptional!

Our room was very small with no view. Located on the top floor in the rear of the building.

Location is excellent. 10plus! Room very nice and bathroom especially with all nice little details and beauty items. Breakfast delicious with wonderful service.

The bed / pillows were only little minus.

The location is perfect, 2 min. walk to the main square, the room is clean and nice, we had a view of the church, the staff was very nice, and helpful, breakfast was good and tasty. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Located at the greatest place of the town with incredibly view.

The street side of room was a bit noisy.

Location is amazing! Price greatThe hotel needs an update!Air conditioner didn’t work amazing… Everyone was nice

Staff and location was wonderful. Our luggage got lost by the airlines and the staff facilitated us having it delivered the next day. Breakfast was very good Czech breakfast with kolačy, roliky, cold and hot entrees, fruit, jogurt….. Coffee, Tea juice…. And good service.
