Great location, at the edge of old town. Near two metro stations and a major tram node with a lot of lines. Also lot of nice restaurant and bar options around the hotel. Very pleasant staff with tidy and clean rooms, absolutely recommend.

It was very central and easy to walk to all the tourist attractions. Surrounded by good bars, cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable.

It's and old building with no soundproofing and no carpet in the common areas which meant it was very noisy as guests came and went. You could even hear guests talking in the next room.

The staff were very accommodating and I liked the history, the location was also very good.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It's a hotel you can stay at in Prague with peace of mind. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are constantly helpful. The reception staff are very friendly and eager to assist. The hotel courtyard is wonderful. It has a very quiet and beautiful garden. Also, staying at this hotel gives you discounts at some restaurants. It's right in the middle of the city center, so you can easily walk everywhere.

The location is perfect, the staff is very nice, helpfull and approachable. Always with a smile on their face.

Great reccomendstion on where to go and what to do, where to drink the best coffee with the best apple strudle and where to have a propper steak.

Perfect location!!!!!!!!!!! 30 second walk to the city centre, on a really nice old cobble street. Worth the money! Nothing luxury but worth the price for sure. Staff are very helpful.

Cleaners came in room while I was in there. Explained I’ll be 5 mins before I leave to go and explore for the day but decided to start cleaning while I was getting ready… very thankful she cleaned room but don’t think she understood I needed 5 minutes to get ready lol.

Everything was thought of for someone coming to Prague. For example, there were many things considered, such as dining at Cafe Louvre or a Pass card that could be used to enter many historical sites in Prague. The cleanliness of the room and the wide variety of breakfast options were other positive aspects. Finally, the central location allows you to reach everywhere on foot.

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was wonderful.

The hotel was in an excelent location. The beds were comfortable, and the stuff was very friendly. The variety of breakfast options was not bad, but the quality of the food, in my opinion, was not satisfactory.

I didn't like the smell of the hotel, and the cleaning products they use do not hava a pleasant smell.

The staff were very helpful, insightful and kind! The location is also very good for exploring the city.

Unexpected bonuses like mulled wine, complimentary wine, free afternoon refreshments, Prague pass card for a free river boat cruise and discounts at top attractions. Great staff who are helpful and genuinely welcoming. Clean room, large room, pretty courtyard.

The dry air is probably not something the hotel can control but in winter with heating full blast, the dry climate made sleeping at night difficult (dry mouth, dry nose, uncomfortable to breathe and stay asleep).

Very clean, lovely staff who took pride in the hotel and their work. Accommodating and helpful. Great breakfast and good location.

Breakfast was great + nice variety. There was a free bottle of wine in the room. The location was good and the hotel was really quiet.

The water in the evening as nice and hot. When I tried to have a shower in the morning, the water was warm, but not warm enough to have a shower.

I liked it all Not relating to the hotel but because it is situated in a narrow street , it can be dangerous when coming out of the building as cars come through and are quite close to a small cobbled pavement

Narrow road outside of the building so care is needed when leaving as vans and cars pass regularly

Very central location; short walk to a nearby tram stop that is served by an array of tram lines, enabling access to much of the city within 20 minutes.

No issues, can't fault it.
