Location and breakfast

Not clean, small room, seperated bathroom.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, value and location.

Staff was professional enough but didn't try to act like they eantyo be there.

The location was perfect for the concert venue. Inside was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good.

It was a bit cold in the room. Water pressure in the shower is a bit too strong.

I liked the location because I was attending a concert at the stadium and the hotel was located 100 meters, which was very convenient. Parking was easy. Staff was helpful. The breakfast was nutritious and the bed was very comfortable.

There was no mini bar or snacks you could purchase. While they have a restaurant on the premises, the restaurant closed and there were no snacks or beverages in the room. However, I would stay here again if I were attending a concert at the stadium, which is highly likely.

Nice place, clean and service is really good. Breakfast is awesome. Location is also good, within 6min walk You have Tram station, and from there You are in old town in 10min.

Generally comfortable hotel with a good breakfast (and a good restaurant), friendly staff, nice location in a quiet and green area.

There were problems with the electricity in the room. It took almost the whole day to solve the problem.

Room was quite large and nice and seems new. Breakfast was OK. We loved parking in the garage and it was free at the time.

Location wise, roads were under construction around the hotel. We did not really like the surroundings even though there is a big park next to the hotel.

We only stayed 1 night because we were having car issues. The room was perfect for the night and the staff was great. Would stay here again.

Nothing particular, layout of hotel is a little confusing

Thumb up for  smooth check in/heck out. Members of staff (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) very friendly and with smile on their faces. Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom needed for some update. Parking on site. Pets also accepted.

weak points: very noisy bathroom and toilet extraction fans and cigarette smell getting through the fan system. Breakfast serving / presentation should be improved. Fruit plate made of unripe kiwi and taste-less melon. So just small details which easily can be "fixed"

The staff and ambiance of the hotel were pretty good. The breakfast for the guests was really awesome. Rooms were clean and specious.

I liked that there is parking, it turns out that parking in Prague is very expensive, about 3.5 euros per hour and the hotel is just wonderful, in the city center hotels do not have their own parking, there can be no space on the street. I was there at Christmas and it was an apocalypse in the city.

The room was quite cool. For the first time in my life there was a queue for breakfast. But it was Christmas and the holidays, there were a lot of people. Finding a table for breakfast was not easy. I think that on normal days everything is fine with this.

The reception staff was very nice and helpful, the dinner was exceptional! :) The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety of the food, which was superb so everyone can pick up what they want. The location was really close to the Sparta stadium, the underground was very close - up to 9 minutes walk with kid.

The rooms are renovated from the old time and in some aspects the details are not completed which a bit disturbed me (I used to work as an architect .:-)) Some guests were very noise in the night time (after 10:00 p.m.) which is no good when you are traveling with kids who need to sleep at that time.

The price point was good and the room was comfortable

There were many people that brought their dogs and many of them were left unattended. After two days, I asked the front desk to talk to the person across the hall from me but leaving their dogs unattended. This seemed to fix that problem, but my parents were in another part of the hotel, and they had many dogs barking on their floor.The breakfast was average at best.

Staff was speaking German and very good English. I was so glad we've been able to change money at the counter.

We travelled with our dog and the hotel was very welcoming to him. The staff are super attentive. I really recommend it.

No complaints.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a pleasant experience due to its four-star rating. However, my stay was far from satisfactory. The bathroom exhaust vent made a loud noise, disrupting my peace. Additionally, someone knocked on my door at 2 am, which was quite unsettling. My room had a view of the trash, which was unpleasant. When I informed the staff about these issues and requested a room change, they gave me a new room along with an apology drink. Two days later, when I decided to redeem the drink at the restaurant, the staff's behavior was indifferent. To make matters worse, the room lacked basic amenities like slippers. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I regret booking this hotel.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful during our stay.

The location was not ideal, the view from our room was unpleasant, the breakfast was underwhelming, and the internet connection was very poor.
