The shuttle service is really good. The rooms are clean.

They sold me a US to EURO power plug adapter for 12.5 Euros which is really over priced. But the problem was not this, they charged me 35 Euros for this!!!! And after I realized it they just said oh our systems are not working properly today. Be careful!

Really comfortable, spacious and cozy rooms. Staffs were very friendly.

Little far from metro station

We stayed during NYE the room was very clean, warm and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. Location wise it's not the closest to the center but public transportation was 10 mins walk but we didn't mind. Overall a very good stay highly recommended.

Small and neat hotel with super clean rooms, friendly staff and perfect location (5min walk to Congress Centre and Metro station). Shops and bars nearby, short walk to Vyšehrad.Breakfast does the job.Good value for money.Would come again.

In a quite zone of Prague. Parking is free in the hotel's place. With a short walk it is easy to catch different means of public transportation. Staff was nice.

The room for breakfast is small a little bit. Not enough space for the hotel guests in the same time. The breakfast itself was just good enough to the price.

A great breakfast with lots of different variations of food - my boyfriend looked forward to it everyday. Staff were super lovely and friendly and even gave me a lovely treat for my birthday! Location is a little bit outside city centre but grand - about a 10 min walk to metro station and doesn't take long to reach the centre from here. However we found that the metro option for us never appeared on google maps so on the first day we took a tram and walked uphill and then up about 60 steps to find the accommodation as outlined by google maps after which we were informed by staff about the metro station. For some reason the metro station never appeared as an option for us on any of the days but once you know and get used to the route you'll be fine without it. Interior of room a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. Would recommend :)

It was a reasonable stay close (15-minute walk) to the Prague Congress Center. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was decent, and the staff was polite.

The room could have been cleaner. It was a bit dusty and found used earbuds next to the bed.

One of the best choices for Prague, especially if you come by car. Indoor parking for 5 euros. Big rooms and comfortable bed. Super small. Everything was perfect at a great price. Impeccable staff
