Well decorated room. Great location. Good breakfast.

Internet was very slow.

Beautiful decor with very helpful and friendly staff .

The hotel is located close to a casino and all night was a lot of noises.

Comfortable and clean. Convenient location. Staff were lovely. Room was a good size and warm.

Sewage smell from bathroom.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and so attentive about every single thing we needed during our stay. The rooms were cleaned to perfection and the hotel itself was so close to absolutely everything that we haven’t used any transportation throughout our one week stay. Highly recommend it!

We had a very large room which was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower great. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food and staff were very attentive, supplying soya milk as soon as I requested it

Although there were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room, it was no trouble to go to the restaurant where coffee, a variety of herbal teas and hot chocolate were available all day free of charge

Location ideal only 100 yards from Wenceslas Square and Mustek Metro. Rooms are a good size with comfortable big beds and large shower rooms. Breakfast was very good too

Due to its location on the Main Street it is very noisy 24 hours a day. At night even more so with party goers shouting until the early hours. Request an inside room with no window to the street to avoid this

The location is perfect—right in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock. I can honestly say the location was ideal, close to many tourist attractions and surrounded by plenty of shops. The room was large, spacious, and featured a very generous shower.I stayed there for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised with two bottles of wine and a birthday card that said “Happy Birthday.” The staff was extremely polite and attentive.Vrei good price.

We found crumpled paper under the bedAfter flushing, the toilet occasionally continued to run and did not stop unless it was flushed again.All the power outlets were European. It would have been nice to have a UK-type socket, but the staff were very kind and lent us an adapter.One of the entrance light was not functional.

Location was perfect, convenient to everything! Room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff were all friendly and welcoming, breakfast was perfect! Friday Hotel is a special surprise. Thanks for welcoming us!

The reception staff were friendly & helpful, checked us in early which was a great bonus as we could get on with our holiday straight away. Cleaning staff were exceptionally good & also very friendly. One lady in the breakfast room was lovely, the other one was rude, never said hello & huffed at me when I couldn’t get the toaster to stay down, she’s letting you down unfortunately but the rest of the staff were great.

Very good location, near the old center and commercial avenue. 24h. acces to coffe / tea machine, no extra charge. Confy / clean room, big bathroom, nice bed, ok breakfast.

Amazing location, walking distance to all main attractions and shopping areas. Spacious and nicely designed room with super comfy bed. Free coffee machine in the lobby is a super nice bonus. Breakfast menu includes fresh vegetables and fruits, variety of eggs, breads and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful

If you're looking for a room within a very short walk from Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, this is the place for you!! Absolutely huge room and en-suite, super king comfy bed, and one of the best breakfast buffet offerings we've ever had in Europe.

No kettle in room for hot drinks (although perhaps this is just a British thing)! Free fresh ground coffee and hot drinks available in the buffet breakfast room 24-hrs a day. No restaurant or bar (mini fridge in room).

The location was great we did all by walking .

The location , the room ( very clean) the brekfast (zyou can have hot drinks all day and night).

This hotel unfortunately does not meet the expectations of the 4 star hotel.There are no amenities, very basic lobby and as per service - receptionist was eating at the desk and not as professional as one would expect.Room was clean, however bathroom was not as pictured - it was small, with the built-in stall shower.Very tiny not working TV.
