Noisy ac, impossible to sleep with it on.

It's a good location, but not the best for tourists. You'll need to take a tram or Uber to get to the busiest spots. The staff is efficient, polite and professional. But don't expect friendly until you get to know people-Czech's are stoic & reserved

Wonderful concierge. Great balcony on our 8th floor room. Very professional front desk staff.

We were there with 2 other couples who got free breakfast but that was not included with our room. Also, to visit their rooms, we had to go all the way down to the lobby, across the lobby and up another elevator to get there.

- Frühstücksräume viel zu eng, Gäste stoßen am Buffet an die sitzenden Gäste - zahlreiches Servicepersonal zur Frühstückszeit im Restaurant, stand sich aber eher gegenseitig im Weg herum als zu arbeiten - unfähiges Personal an der Rezeption

Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding and location was central with walking everywhere

Breakfast place was horrible, poor attendance from the breakfast resturant team, they would never want to help, ask or suggest anything! Bad smell in the breakfast place always!

Good location, suite comfortable for my family. Very kind, helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful and kind , thanks for one of the staff which I forgot his name however he is Egyptian, he has tried his best to change my room to 2nd floor with street view as my first room windows were overlooking towards court yard ( last floor ) and make the room look dull and dead , also the shower water was not going down properly and i should close the tap and wait for it to goes down !! In my other room the room was more specious however the same problem with the bat-tube , the water doesn’t go down properly and you should wait for it to goes down which is not comfortable !!

The normal room is very basic and all towels were so old , not to the standard of 5 star hotel .

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ibrahim Ahmed and to Ghalib from the hotel. They were both extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. I truly appreciate their support and assistance.

Everything is perfect

Location was fantastic, most things in walking distance. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others for many reasons

When checking in I found the girl on reception not very helpful, I explained I do not use elevators but she kept insisting my room was on the 5th floor and all rooms were full so couldn’t accommodate me, another staff member working on reception kindly told her to give us the 2nd floor, I was so grateful to this lovely Man for his kindness thank you once again

The room was cute and they upgraded our junior suite to one with a small balcony, which is always nice to get an upgrade

AC wasn’t working and room was humid. Called maintenance staff and seems they weren’t available.Wouldn’t expect in a 5 star property. Stayed eventually for 4 nights and all 4 days same breakfast. Need a moreInternational spread. Breakfast quality is ok.
