Upscale modern hotel that was perfect for our group of four

The mini bar was not great and not filled up everyday, it was just water and fizzy juices, they Made it sound like a full alcoholic mini bar which it was not.

The hotel is modern and nice. Located in the centre without being in the absolute noise.

• The staff were generally polite and helpful.• Although the rooms were small, they were sufficient for a two-night stay.• The hotel prepared a breakfast package for us at 06:00 since we were leaving early and had informed them the day before.• The hotel’s location was quite close to the city center.

• We arrived before the check-in time, left our luggage, and were told we would be informed when the room was ready, but we never received any notification.• The rooms were smaller than expected.

The room was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. It felt quiet and safe, and the bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious every morning.

The only small note is that it’s about a 7-minute walk to the Old Town, but it’s an easy and pleasant walk. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for the location.

I like everything. Cleanliness, the comfort, the location, the food during breakfast and the bar at night. The bonus part is the daily complimentary drinks in the fridge. Relaxing to go home for a tring day. Definitely a place to recommend and go back for when in Prague.

The lights in the room - couldn’t figure out how to use it.

Overall, the stay was nice. The lobby and reception are beautifully decorated, the design of the hotel is good. The room was not small but also not big, so enough I'd say. It was warm in the room. The bed was comfortable. The free refilling of a minibar everyday is great. The location is also nice - just a few minutes from the shopping facilities and old town. Plenty of restaurants around, so I hadn't tasted breakfast at the hotel but coffee at the bar was great.The stuff at the reception was willing to help in all the questions. They also provided me with an umbrella on a rainy day which was very thoughtful.

The ventilator in the bathroom was always on and quite loud. The room had a bathtub not a shower, so it was a bit tricky to take a shower cause the tub was a bit slippery. There was a faucet and a hand shower but only head shower was properly working. That was confusing.

Nice and clean and friendly staff

Nice soundproof from room to room. Not so good soundproof from the hallway into the room though. Very hard to get some sleep in the morning when you hear the cleaning staff cleaning rooms and other guest go to breakfast. That was the only complaint we had. Other than that we had a great stay and the facilities , breakfast and staff was very good!

Our experience at the hotel was absolutely excellent.Location: The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the major sights in Prague’s Old Town.Service: We arrived early in the morning from the airport, well before check-in time, and were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready. The staff welcomed us warmly and allowed us to check in immediately.Staff: Everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay.Room: Beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably clean.Breakfast: Although we only had breakfast at the hotel on one of our five days (we preferred exploring local cafés), it was excellent – offering a wide variety of options.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague!

Great location. Spacious room with really comfy large bed. Lovely bathroom. Hotel smells gorgeous. We always chose Meliá!
