Amazing quality hotel. It's quite clean - the rooms look old but generally very clean. Next Door restaurant in the hotel is absolutely amazing - please go. Also very close to everything and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Wish the showers had curtains instead of a glass panel covering half the shower. Led to messy floors after showering.

May have been the best hotel I ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to solve our problems and make our stay wonderful!!

Sauna and gym, breakfast/restaurant "Next Door" was easy and we had amazing meals, the heated floors in bathroom when so cold outside was a nice touch, location was perfect so close to many things and easy to access metro, quiet room and calm environment.

True, the beds were a bit soft but the bedding was very nice. Honestly, there wasn't anything else we didn't like. It was a very good experience.

Breakfast good cold selection. Hot very poor and dried up. Water bottle contained black particles.

More choice in menue at breakfast. Re-stock chaffingdish more often with hot food. MOST IMPORTANT 300plz taken off my card. Pre-authorised but was not returned immediately when we left the hotel. This left us short at the airport duty-free. Really annoying. !

Great value for money in this 5 star hotel. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Cleanliness is at a very high standard. The rooms are ample and well equipped. The bed and linings are top quality. Would definitely return.

The location was perfect, the room was cosy and well equipped and they really go all out to accommodate your little ones, providing little robes, child specific toiletries and a nappy bin! The breakfast was excellent!

Staff were excellent. I broke my leg prior to arrival and they helped out with mobility equipment. Breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were attentive. The room was spacious and clean.

It was a great stay. The park service was fast, great and helped a lot cause the parking situation is always confusing in Czech. I wouldn’t bring a big car tho. Parking for 1 night was around 38€ and the tourist tax around 3€ so I payed at the check out around 41€.The check in was easy and got a spotless room in the 6th floor. Bed was comfortable and in the bathroom was everything you need.

The Hotel is in a great location, we were fortunate to be upgraded to the 'Martini' Suite, it was fantastic, the Breakfast was superb, everything you could possibly want, and excellent Hotel, we have already recommended to friends and will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and restaurant.

I was quite put off by the way the currency exchange was handled. Despite the local currency being weaker than the euro, the hotel initially overcharged me. I deliberately paid all additional expenses in cash to avoid this situation, yet I was still charged more than expected. Having just come from Paris and Vienna, where the euro is used, and pricing is transparent, this was particularly frustrating. Although I contacted the hotel and the amount was refunded, I have never encountered such an issue in those cities, and the experience left a very negative impression.

The room was extremely clean. They have everything you need in the room, from bathroom accessories to ironing and laundry services.The location is perfect.The staff is very nice.
