Climb up to location.

Location is perfect. Right in the old town at the foot of the castle. Private spa was great.

Bathtube could be updated/fix. There were humidity spot on the ceiling

Everything! All the staff - so polite and helpfull. They just made our stay very special - just for the staff I want to add 10**********. The rooms - quiet, cosy, ah so comfortable. The breakfast - very good. The location - could not be better.

Excellent staff and a fantastic location. Everything was clean and there was absolutely nothing to complain about staff service.

I had the impression that the owners consider this a ‘design hotel’, but in reality it feels rather rustic and poorly maintained. It seems that significant money was invested here many years ago, but today the facilities look outdated and worn. The photos do not reflect the current condition of the hotel, which I find misleading and disappointing. There are many small defects and old-fashioned solutions that make the place feel stuck in the past. I would not want the staff to take this personally, as they are actually fantastic and very professional. Unfortunately, they are working in a hotel that has clearly passed its prime and is becoming a relic of a time when the promise matched the reality much better

Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel stylish, clean and comfortable and it was situated in a beautiful part of town, close to the castle.

Breakfast was really nice but a little disorganised sometimes. When we were there it was very busy at breakfast times and sorties, we would run out of bowls / cutlery and it wasnt always easy to order tea and coffee or get a space to sit. That said, this really is being picky because the staff were really lovely and clearly working very hard and were always extremely helpful when we asked .

Location was truly perfect. The most amazing breakfast is served. The staff is amazing. Bed was very comfortable.

The shower is open in the middle of the room, left it all very humid. The room is small. For the room quality I found it overpriced.

The room, the breakfast, the exceptional warming and professionalism by all the staff members. Breakfast is fabulous! The girls are beautiful.

They should had cleaned my room everyday. I noticed that only my towels were getting changed. I guess as we pay by the days we stay, we should expect a full hotel service all the nights we stay. That didn't happen, but I am an easy dude to get along with everyone.

Hotel is in very authentic building, unique design, very cozy, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and great service. Location is great, in a nice street near the castle. Hotel is pet friendly.

It was quite problematic with parking - their parking is in a different place, you have to walk from there about 15 min, it costs 25 eur per day. Our room was very small, we didn’t have enough space for our luggage. And we didn’t like the toilet-bathroom, it is just a tiny wall, it’s quite open so you can hear/see/smell everything. Strange choise to leave it like that.

Location of the hotel is just perfect. Away from bustling streets of Prag, very close to castle...Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly.Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staffs was extra sweet...Dont hesitate to stay here...

Super location close to the castle and Charles Bridge. The room was relatively spacious for a city centre hotel and it was great to have facilities such as a fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the staff excellent.

The room was maybe a little dark and I would prefer to see the end of soaps and lotions in tiny bottles to reduce plastic waste. These are just suggestions and we have no complaints.

Pleasant hotel with nice design and good beds, in the room you have everything you need everything is arranged very thoughtful. Thank you! The breakfast also was great a lot of choice and good quality.

The location is not so good as its not close to the city centre at all. Its about 30 min walking and the hotel is up the road, difficult walking everyday while the nearest metro station is 20 min walking distance

The room I booked looked very different on Booking.com compared to what I actually received. I was given a small, box room with no separate bathroom, which meant that it was completely overpriced for what it was. After complaining, they upgraded me to a much better room that fairly reflected what I paid and expected.The next day, I actually overheard another guest making the SAME complaint about the SAME discrepancy between the room and the photos online. It seems the hotel’s rooms vary too widely in quality and value, and this inconsistency creates a frustrating experience for guests. The hotel should address this issue to ensure guests receive what they expect and avoid leaving a bad taste. The staff did handle it excellently though if they were unable to give me a better room I'd have drastically escalated this.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was superb with large choice of tasty options. Location of the hotel is deal.

The room wasn't as described and as shown on photos. It was too tight with low ceiling over the bed and table, which is not ideal for tall people.

Great location next to historic sights, nice design features, very good breakfast.

Some of the room features were lacking, for example there was no holder for the shower head and no good work desk. I stayed in the attic room so the window was very small. However, overall I would say it was good value for money.
