Beautiful hotel run by an excellent staff.

Good location for us, very close to Tram (tramvaj) station in Těšnov & Bílá Labuť.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was amazing

I would like to say honestly :the behavior of the reception ( specially the lady in the reception) was really bad!! I didn’t expect that at all. It’s better to know even if the location is good it doesn’t mean to be rude to your guests!The cleaning of the room also was disappointed.

The fridge in our room was not working, which was a major inconvenience. The receptionist offered us the fridge at the reception/bar area, but our drinks weren't cold hours later when we came to collect them. The room was basic. Uncomfortable chairs. All in all, not a 4-star hotel.

Location is amazing.

Noisy floor, I assume a wooden floor, as well at breakfast, there was no person you could ask anything, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Pros:The hotel is very warm, the bathroom has heated floors, and the room was clean. The restaurant is great: a wide selection of food, everything is quickly replenished, and the restaurant staff are attentive and hardworking.

Cons:There were no slippers and no bidet shower in the room.However, the main problem was the reception, specifically the receptionist named Jacob. I arrived earlier just to leave my luggage and wait for the official check-in time. I did not ask for an early check-in, but he offered it himself — for an extra fee. Normally, when a hotel proactively offers early check-in and rooms are available, it is provided as a complimentary gesture.Then it got worse. He said he would check the room and then handed me the keys. The room turned out to be heavily smoked, with a very strong and unpleasant smell, making it impossible to stay there. Meaning he checked it and still decided to check me into that room — on New Year’s Eve, with a room price of over €600. After a long day I had to go back down with my luggage and deal with this situation. Eventually, the room was changed, but the mood and experience were seriously ruined.Apart from this, the hotel is good, but such behavior at reception is unacceptable for this price level and for a hotel of this category.

Very chic rooms, clean and with amenities. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and delicious, there’s a little bit for everyone

In my room it was missing many things,The cleaner was bad, the phone wasn't worked, in the room wasn't still water,Ii spoke at the reception but they didn't do anything! I never come back at this hotel, my friends too!

The central location is great.

The rooms where not clean, dust everywhere, some lights didn’t work and some pieces of furniture were broken. The water boiler was unusable because it was very dirty.

Good locationThe staff at the reception was in general good, offered other room when we complained about mould in the first room that we got.

Breakfast was very poor for 4 star hotel, the hotel divided for 2 parts, one renovated and one very old part of hotel, where we had very poor room with 2 strange flat pillows and mould all over the bathroom area, you could literally see it in the toilet :(But the reception changed for new room in new part of the hotel and it was fine and appreciated

The floor was not vacuumed properly. There were many strands of hair and dust on the carpet.There was a lot of dust in the room.

- Location is excellent, very close to city center and also there is a very close tram station (Tesnov) from where you can go anywhere you want. - We really liked the building’s architecture, the room is very soecious and very hig ceilings. Staying in a building with such local architecture makes your Prague visit even more special. - All stuff is very very helpful and friendly

I can not say “I didn’t like” but some small observations;- there is no sensor in the elevator and doors are opened as soon as you press the floor number, our child almost got stuck. - room’s door is opened with password, I prefer regular cards which seems safer to me.

Rooms are sufficiently large.

The windows are rather tiny so the rooms very dark even during day time.Some of the rooms apparently are nicer and refurbished whereas others are not.Most disappointing are the staff. The totally ignore those who pay their salary. There is simply no interaction with guests. They do not greet, they do not ask whether they can take dishes during breakfast. They pretend that you do not exist at all. It is really are very strange experience. None of these people are qualified to work in a hotel.

The location was really good. Just 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was good. The staff helped me arrange a very early taxi and an invoice for my company from the taxi company.

It felt that the walls could be a bit thicker. When somebody was speaking in the small hallway, I would prefer a noise silencer.
