I liked the location and the rooms were really comfortable

I would have rather have smart device for tv either chromecast or an smart tv. Also in that location, a rooftop view of the city would have been extraordinary

Hotel in the middle of Prague, close to all tourist places but very quiet. Large room with good beds, good breakfast, nice staff.

Everything was exactly as in the photos — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great location, close to main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

King suite was very large including a giant bathtub.

It is right next to a very busy and loud street with trams going throughout the night. Also the mattress is too soft on the bed. The pullout coach squeaked so loud and was extremely uncomfortable. We had to book a second room for our kids to get some sleep. The cafeteria staff was very rude.

Very good location, 2 minutes walking distance from tram station. Excellent service. The room was spacious and clean. I would choose it again.

the location is awesome, it is just walking distance to every suggested places. they offer an amazing breakfast, not just cornflakes and stuff but eggs cheeses bakery and so on!

I feel like it's not that budget friendly but it's okay, they offer good service.

Check out time could have been till 12 or at least have an option for extension.

The location is excellent to reach the old city and many central points that we visited. We were able to walk to all the destinations that we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very tasty with many food options. The service was very good. The room was comfortable and tidy. The reception team was very helpful and gentle.

The hotel is very centrally located. There is a tram and metro line right in front of the hotel, and the city center is only a 10-minute walk away, so we didn’t need to use public transportation at all. The hotel was very clean, and we could smell the freshness as soon as we entered the room. Daily housekeeping was provided regularly. The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really loved both Prague and the hotel.

Cleanliness and the overall look of the room. Electric outlets on both bedsides were unexpected at all!

The photos about room was better. I texted and asked about double bed . They approved but when we get the room , there was twin bed.
