Food terrible and no windows in bedroom

Location was good. It was walking distance to the old town

The Standard Double room was small, dark, and uncomfortable. Its ceiling had some kind of piping and many dark spots or marks, feel like we were in basement. The room smelled because of poor ventilation. The bath towels were small and very worn out.

Modern look. Room design was lovely. The toilet had a heated seats. Welcome drinks when you arrive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful a guy called ahmad at the reception helped me out in everything - even he worked as a tour guide for us - he gave us full support and we felt like home keep up the good work and also the location of the hotel is in center near everything

Excellent hotel, excellent location, courteous hotel staff, clean and modern hotel, very good breakfast, we enjoyed it, I am in love, I loved Prague, I want to return in a few months, just to this hotel, and special thanks to Ahmed from the hotel team, who gave us a feeling of home and gave us a lift to the volume, a question, a problem

The room was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy and the bathroom was great. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room as a whole was an incredible size for two. The breakfast selection was decently sized and everything was delicious.Nothing to fault, the hotel and all the staff were amazing!

This hotel was so close to everything! Perfect location for a Prague getaway. The hop on hop off bus stop was right beside us! All bars restaurants so close. Staff were super helpful and really kind, and the hotel room was absolutely stunning, clean, and we had a perfect view onto the square! Food was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious every morning!

I cannot fault this hotel at all!

I haven’t seen such friendly, helpful and attentive staff. So many details in this hotel that scream that somebody actually thought about all the aspects of a comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money and the location is the best. Will definitely come back next time!

Interesting solution with transparent glass partitions that enclose the bathroom. Big comfortable bed, many pillows, great bathtub. Tasty and various breakfast

An incomprehensible curtain remote control

Everything was good, especially the location. Actually the location is amazing but you have to know that there is no cars in the in the the street so you will have to walk when you check in and check out with your bags

You could not drive to the hotel or take an Uber or a bus to the hotel. You will have to walk and carry your bags.

Experience in hotel was really amazing. Location is excellent. Breakfast is rich with lot of choices. All staff is amazing and friendly. They really make you feel like you are at home. We have really travelled a lot but experience in this hotel is amazing. Menagers are friendly and they are taking care about small things for the great staying experience. Free tapas every day and welcome drink that they ofer are just one of the things that make you feel confortable and special during your stay. I would like to point out great bar staff who serve cold beer during evening hours and Ahmed who is always somwhere around ready to assist with what ever you need. For sure our every stay in Prague will be in this hotel.

I didn’t like the poor soundproofing of the rooms and the lack of respect from the neighbors, as we could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms through the walls

The facilities and amenities are great, the breakfast range was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location couldn’t be better either.

Unfortunately the bar was closed for a private party one of the evenings during our stay so we couldn’t have a drink before going to bed or even have one to take up to the room. There were also lots of remotes in the rooms and not all of them functional, same with the built in buttons/switches some didn’t work and needed the remote to operate. Everything worked but was a bit confusing to figure it out alone. Lots of condensation on the windows to the point it was dripping onto the windowsills and the mini porthole style windows were very broken, left them ajar as the cleaner had left them as I feared they would have broken if I tried to close them - not ideal in January.
