Novotel Praha Wenceslas Square Hotel

The reception guy Nazar was very professional and helpful.

Water every floor. Good swiming pool.

Threre was no wardrobe on the room.

Spa swimming poool and gym. Clean and with a very good opening hours available. Space and level of cleaning at the check in of the RoomComplementary free mini bar.

A couple Of time. I abandond the idea of making My room clean because coming back from the working appointment( in the afternoon) room was not cleaned yet.

Spacious room, clean, swimming pool and child friendly.

Excellent location, breakfasts, well-maintained rooms, friendly staff — no complaints at all. Highly recommended.

The sofa, which is used as a double bed for children, is very hard for sleeping, and it lacks an additional thin mattress for extra softness (a thickness of about 3–7 cm would already solve the problem).

Everything was awesome, the room was spacious, warm and super quiet. Really comfortable bed. And in the bathroom they give you Rituals cosmetics as shower gel, soap and shampoo

Everything was perfect

Nice hotel for a short stay, a bit crowded at the breakfast, also not enough benches in the pool area. But overall was a good stay. Parking is possible under IBIS hotel with direct access to Novotel, special price for hotel guests is offered.

The facilities are good, the pool area, sauna are very nice. The breakfast is very good and rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The staff could be warmer, more welcoming and helpful. If they focused more on smiling, caring about the guest experience it would be a lot nicer.I had to get my room card updated about 5 times as it would stop working.Each time they would update it but no apology for inconvenience.The cleaning staff took my robe one morning and I asked reception for a new one, it never came.On the Saturday night we requested a drink at the bar after coming back to the hotel at 11.45pm. We were told the bar was closed even though it states 12am is close time. We were told that they do not serve new guests arriving at that hour.

The location is very good if you like to walk towards city's landmarks.Breakfast is very rich and good offering a lot of local food varieties.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor.Not even emptying the bins. no vacuum done on the carpeted floor.

The mattress. Nothing wrong with it but not into memory foam so was bit uncomfortable. But that just 1 of them things. Amazing place

Gym, pool.

Too expensive garage. Toilet separated from the bathroom, bad choice and quality for dinner, too slow personel at the bar in the evening.No clothes cabinet in the room

I liked that I could take my special needs child here and we could relax and be comfortable in the hotel.Super friendly staff and such lovely atmosphere.

Not being able to stay longer

There were so many tasty breakfast items to choose from. The pastries changed daily to keep things interesting. It was about a 20 minute walk to the downtown central core. It was in a very safe and vibrant neighbourhood. There were many restaurant and shopping choices in the area.

The pool would run out of towels within the last hour of swimming.

The location is perfect for walking to city center and also metro station is right next to it. Has good restaurants near by. It is very clean and the staff is very nice. We enjoyed making our own waffels on breakfast time.

Good location, friendly staff but not a good value for money

The breakfast was not fresh - too expensive for what it was to offer. Also, the hotel itself was good but for this price, i was expecting more

Good location, very central, buffet breakfast was very good with a large selection of dishes. Swimming pool and sauna were nice.

Rooms are functional but soulless, no wardrobe in the room just a clothes rail and no drawers for socks and underwear

Excellent breakfast, delicious food and a lot of choices, children likes to make their own pancakes. Fantastic experience.

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kids area was great. Teens appreciated the Xbox.

Room was not ready at check in but the woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She let us store our luggage and get a drink at the bar while we waited. She was great!

If I'm looking at how was the Novotel accommodation during the city of Prague visit I would point out a couple of advantages:- location - walk distance to city center and very close to Metro Route A and C. ( For our flight back we took the Metro and airport bus and was very convenient for only 40 CZK and very fast ~ approx. 45 min we reached the airport from the hotel room. - hotel is placed on a side road at 50m from a big boulevard and is a very quite place for a good sleep- breakfast has a very diverse food and is hard to not find something to eat- you have option for free to let your luggage's extra time if you did your check-out- good English at the main desk ( We had bad times in other hotels with the English spoken by the staff )- Bar & Restaurant open until midnight if you arrive hungry or late with decent prices and good drinks- Daily room cleaning with rest hours respected fully- Room was clean in all the aspects

If I would point out some small things that made me to offer a 9/10 score I think are as follows: - the bed mattress was quite soft and the movements during the night were felt and sometimes bothering your sleep - lack of mini-bar inside the room ( It was stated on the fridge that was unplugged and that this decision is based on sustainability approach of the hotel) -missing of personal toiletries like toothbrushes, some small cosmetics etc. as we traveled with only carry-on bag I considered we will have something at a 4* hotel as it's quite common.
