Very friendly staff, comfortable clean accommodation, and a lovely breakfast . Excellent area.

My stay was too short.

Location was excellent - only about 10 min walk to the Astronomical Clock and easy access from train station.

I had booked the stay with breakfast, but since breakfast was served from 8:00–10:00, we were not able to make it. We informed them in advance, and they were kind enough to provide us with breakfast to take away.

We were not warmly welcomed at the reception. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were cleaning tables outside instead of welcoming us. She did not smile, and even though we tried to engage in a friendly manner, we did not feel welcome. It would have been nice to be greeted with a smile so that we could feel welcomed.In addition, there was hair in the bath towels, which was very unpleasant.

The room was spacious and very comfy. The breakfast was really quite good, and the location was amazing.

The noise of people walking down the hallways could be loud, but it wasn't very bad.

Breakfast excellent, as was the restaurant. Room good size, location good.

No shower in bathroom, only a bath!

Amazing boutique hotel located in the heart of Prague. Perfect location, professional and kind team and good attention for details and requests. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, nice selection of pillows. My recommendation is to visit their private spa. All was brilliant.

Beautiful property- the decor in common spaces was lovely and the rooms comfortable, simple and pretty.

Didn’t mind the smaller room though getting out of bed in the night when one side was against the wall was a bit of a challenge.

Every time we visit Prague, we make sure to stay at the Monastery Garden Hotel. Great location, great breakfast and lovely rooms.

The property is old and quaint set in a very quiet area of the old town but with easy access to everything around in the area. It served an excellent breakfast with a choice of hot food, breads, cakes, cheeses, hams, yoghurts and fruits all of a good quality. It is evident there is lots of history to the building.

The first room we were given, room 200, had a double bed but on one side most of it was pushed up against the wall which meant that you had to slide down the bed to get out. Not very suitable if, like me, you had some mobility issues. However when we asked about changing rooms they immediately put us into another one with normal access to the bed on both sides with no quibbles about moving us.

We liked everything! Quiet boutique hotel. Excellent location in the old city. The entire staff was courteous and helped us in every question.Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. They upgraded our room out of goodwill. Everything was clean and maintained to a very high standard. We will definitely be back and have recommended to family and friends.Thank you!!

Perfect location, beautiful renovation and such a calming place to stay.Hearty buffet breakfast.Friendly and accommodating staff.And an amazing spa experience!

The only downside, our room did not have a walk in shower.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location close to the old town. The building itself is very old, but the accommodation is comfortable and has all the necessary modern conveniences. The ensuite shower room was particularly modern. The free wifi was very fast and reliable. We ate in the hotel bistro on the first night and the food and wine were excellent.

The breakfast is a little basic although it did cover the range from fresh fruit and yoghurt through hot food (bacon and scrambled eggs) to a couple of sweet options.

Fanastic location close to the old town./ stare mesto. Lovley outlook onto the church. Very spacious bedroom with easy to use and adjustable shower. Warm and without draughts and comfortable bed allowed a good night sleep. Dining room and bar area nicely arranged and old fashion gramaphone radio in the bar was a nice touch.

A small thing, but important to us. More than one vegeterian option on the menu would have been appreciated. We know this is more than the norm in Prague but a missed opportunity for the hotel given that the lack of alternatives in the city.

Absolutely amazing, the location, decor, comfortable bed and view from the rooms made it exceptional. It was my father’s birthday and he found a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in his room despite me not having told anyone when I booked the room for him. We all stayed at the hotel in different rooms, my sister having a large family room. They were all beautiful and we were all extremely happy. If/when I return to Prague I will definitely book here again!

Beautiful building, full of character, warm and comfortable, in a quiet and peaceful but very central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a splendid evening meal in the bistro. All in all an excellent hotel.
