Trams right outside the window all night.

The location was great! The room was nice and comfy, they had excellent wifi, and the breakfast was good.

I will say the hotel was a little dated but kept up.

EXCELLENT location, close to shops and all main attractions. Room was the cleanest of my entire europe trip. Would stay again for sure!

No coffee/tea facilities in the room. No fridge.

Cleaner did not change the whole beddings despite some of it are on the floor. And my personal white towel that I separated, was taken maybe because it looks like a hotel towel?

Location is one of the best, close to center and main train station. Huge mall next to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Room was clean

Hotel needs refreshment, and it was cold in the room, but staff gave is extra heater.

Location is good as it is easily reachable from city center. Decent stay. Breakfast is good.

They are very strict about the breakfast time. If you are already inside the restro and the breakfast is till 10:00 AM.They will just remove the items from the counters not allowing even some buffer time of 5-10 mins. They denied off the coffee at 10:05. Entry should be stopped but customers should be allowed some time to complete their breakfast.

Great location, staff is friendly and helpful , large room. Beds are comfortable

Breakfast is not really good (coffee is particularly bad), room is dark, low quality towels, wifi can't handle the fully booked hotel and might not have enough IPs available during peak time

Spectacular location near the Opera House in the center of Prague

The facilities were a bit dreary and needed to be updated. The carpets in the room did not appear clean though the room itself was of ample size.

Location was brilliant, hotel itself was lovely hotel. Breakfast was ok, good value for money

I personally found it very difficult to sleep the mattress was firm but the pillows were so soft I didn't get much sleep at night.

Parking place was safe.and the location of the hotel was really good, walking distance to the main attractions. Shopping mall just behind the corner.

The hotel is at a very good location, near the city centre. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

The location was central and the hotel had potential to be comfortable if properly maintained.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Dirty dishes were left in our room for three days. The room was cold and the heating didn’t work during our entire stay — when we asked about it, the staff laughed and said we didn’t need it. Towels were changed only once in 5 days and even then they were dirty. Blankets were never changed despite repeated requests. Trash was not emptied for two days. One receptionist refused simple requests, like bringing a fruit knife, and told us to get it ourselves the next day. This experience completely ruined our trip.

Perfect location. Room and breakfast were very good value for money.

Room was not soundproof and we could easily hear neighbours. This didn't bother us but could be a problem for others.

The staff was not so friendly and they asked us to park on a “technical” parking space (in front of another car) although we paid in advance for a parking spot. Additionally, the asked us to give them the car key, as an insurance.
