Rooms big, warm and clean. Good breakfast

Bed mattress was very hard and could not sleep well

The hotel was in perfect location very close to all the attractions, spacious and ideal room for a family of four with heating that we could adjust as we liked. Very cozy. They changed our towels every day and provided even more for our comfort. Breakfast was delicious with excellent choices for everyone. We would stay here again for sure.

The only fact we didn’t like was that receptionists refused many times to provide a knife for just a minute so we could use it for an apple for the kids. We understand that there are rules but there should have been an understanding for this situation.

Room is clean and spacious. Shower is a disappointment. It’s very small and barely accommodates one regular sized adult.

Breakfast was excellent!

Room cleaning was good on the first day, but not sufficient on subsequent days.The bed was comfortable.Despite it being a cold period, the heating was very good.Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Tomatoes and eggs were available every day. All the hotel staff were friendly and energetic.From what we saw, it was very easy to get everywhere in the city on foot or by public transport. The tram stop is 100-150 meters away. We didn't stay too late (e.g., 23:00-24:00), the area around the hotel is safe.

It's unfortunate that the room cleaning wasn't given much attention in the following days.

The location is great, staff is very nice and breakfast is delicious.

The room was very big, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room. The hotel was very warm, and the staff were smiling and kind. They always tried to help us with all our questions. The hotel was also in a central location, and all the touristic places were within a 15-minute walk.

This is not really a negative point; however, most of the breakfast options were sweet.

Fishy smell in the lobby. Shower was very small and linen was not the cleanest. Some hairs etc remaining on it.room was a bit dated.

Spacious room with comfortable beds! About 15 minute walk to old town and close to the city with all the shops. Very nice staff & they were very helpful!

The cleaning staff was super helpfull! Also the brealfast was nice.

Night staff at the reception should also be atleast polite.. shame that he was not. Property is old and moldy, but clean.Also, we had room for 4 people and there was 2 rooms, other room didn't have any power outlets or bin.. was difficult.

Excellent location and facilities. Breakfast was good and we could leave out luggage at the hotel after checkout.

Stuff was super helpful, they are true professionals! Igor and Margarita were super helpful! Hotel is nice, breakfast is good, beds are comfy, the view is the best in the city (check the photo)!

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Supermarket nearby which works until late. Good price for location, room size and breakfast included.

There was some unpleasant smell from somewhere. Shower cabin was very small. The room was cold when we arrived for a four star hotel these things should be sorted out.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, especially Igor, who gave us a warm welcome, and a 24-hour reception. Central location, though not directly in the city center, with many restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, shower a bit small. Breakfast is okay, very good value for money. Only minor drawback: housekeeping could be more thorough.

Breakfast was great. The location was excellent and our room, facing the front street, had 2 opening windows which was great for fresh air.
