Small room

Great relaxing atmosphere and room design. Close to the city centre and even closer to Hala Fortuna where there is Winter Let it Roll. Large and very comfortable bed.

Thin walls so sometimes you can hear noise from neighbours.Kettle in room would be a great addition.

The staff of the hotel are terrible and it degraded the experience a lot.First of all we are from Czech republic and we got sent to a receptionist, who didnt speak Czech, even though next person spoke the language. I have no issue speaking in English, but I found this strange. The receptionist couldnt speak even English clearly and therefore was unable to explain parking rules and pre-charged payments to us.In the evening we went to the hotel bar and the experience was also bad, we were waiting for a really long time before we even got noticed, then, immediatelly after getting the drinks we also got the check. Maybe this is normal in the US or so, but in Czechia it definitely is not. My husband told the bartender that we would like to get more drinks, but they were really keen on us paying and honestly quite rude. Due to this we left after one drink.First morning the breakfast staff didnt clean the dirty dishes or tables, so people were standing and waiting for some room to free up. We sat at a table with dirty dishes the whole breakfast. Second day there was one lady who tried hard, but overall the personell just didnt care at all.

Social space, bar and restaurant where great. Location is convenient. This is a great neighbourhood and has most things you need on your door step. Just a couple of tram stops into town.

The room has poor lighting. The TV does not have Youtube or an ability to connect. The shower is leaking making the bathroom floor completely wet. The room furniture isn't comfortable.

It was clean and well equipt.

We were dissapointed that we were treated differently as our friend who stayed in the same time and lenght but different room. They received vouchers for drinks in the hotel bar and didn’t ask to pay deposit for the room as we were.

Hotel room.419 wasn't hoovered properly, cocktail stick on the floor and some foil. Hairs on the basin top and floor.. Building works going on, so woke to drilling noise.Everything was excellent.

Very good breakfast. A few good restaurants around and good bar inside.

Very clean with friendly staff and an upbeat atmosphere. Great value. The bed was incredibly comfortable….couldn’t wait to crawl in after a long day of sightseeing. Location away from the crowds so a little quieter and near a beautiful park.

They knocked a little early to clean the room. Definitely need to put out a sign on the door knob until you are up and ready.

I thought it was a fun, quirky hotel. Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The bar staff were very rude, refusing to serve people just because it was busy. I had to go to the reception to ask for a drink which is horrific service. Worst I’ve ever experienced. For the price you pay the room offers nothing. No kettle or coffee / tea in the rooms. The water ran out so I couldn’t shower. And my fridge didn’t work the whole stay.

There are no toiletries in the room,you need to ask in the reception. Also, no coffee maker or kettle, only provided one complimentary water bottle. Hotel slippers cost €7. The lighting in the room is not good.

Convenient to take public transportation to the city Center. Staff are very helpful and nice heap hotel.

After the second day, the options for breakfast are the same for our whole stay. Kind of boring
