Location was near the metro and close proximity to attractions. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

Hi,the staff were really nice . The room looks like the picture and also included free breakfast which was excellent. I have an early flight and they were able to prepare a breakfast bag for me with no charge, the hotel is close to the Old Town.

Location is excellent! Staff very friendly, felt welcomed. Ordered massage to our room which was such a pleasant experience. Room was large, comfortable. Breakfast had large selection and changed everyday. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great location, free breakfast every morning, quiet

Cleanliness was a bit below average particularly for a 4-star hotel. I'd say it was closer to a 3-star or 3.5-star hotel rather than a true 4-star, however the location was fantastic.

Great breakfast open 7am to 10am. Incredible central location two short blocks from metro and trams. Actual opening windows. Spotlessly clean. Good lighting for overall room and for reading in bed. Spacious. Front desk friendly and helpful. Quiet.

Bed was very firm. Some like it that way, but I prefer softer. Getting out of deep narrow bathtub a challenge. Internet wifi was iffy - sometimes good and sometimes not.

The location is excellent, the breakfast buffet was included and very nice, and the staff was accommodating.

When we first arrived, we got a very bad room with problems and no working AC. The next day we were upgraded to a great room, which we enjoyed a lot, but the first night was very bad.

The Beseda is not a 4 star hotel it is 3 or even 2.

I loved everything about it: location with easy access to anywhere by tram. The breakfast was fantastic and so exceptional that I actually ate so much. I didn’t need to eat any heavy czeck food after that. Which saved me a lot of money. The room was very comfortable. I had the deluxe with a I believe a king bed housekeeping was wonderful. You get a water bottle every day. They have a refrigerator in the room and it was kept very clean. I was a solo traveler and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Everything was how we imagined.. Quality, cleanliness, excellent food and location.

The hotel was significantly overpriced for the quality of the experience. The room facilities were not up to an acceptable standard for the rate charged. The mattress was in very poor condition, with a noticeable hole in the middle that made sleeping uncomfortable.Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and overall low quality. Common areas also showed a lack of proper maintenance—the rugs in the hallways were visibly dirty and gave an overall impression of neglect.Additionally, we observed members of the housekeeping staff sitting on the stairway directly in front of our room, chatting and watching social media. This felt unprofessional and inappropriate for a hotel at this price point.Overall, the hotel did not meet reasonable expectations given the cost, and I would not consider it good value for money.

Excellent hotel in a central city location. Great location—just a one-minute walk to the light rail and the metro. Clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

The bathtub water did not drain. I asked for it to be fixed; they tried, but it didn’t help.

An old hotel for this value, not even close to 5 stars

We really liked this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Excellent location. It is very close to all sights and attractions. Just 2 minutes walk to the Wenceslas square. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. I would definitely advise this hotel.

I would say it is more 4 star hotel. Simple rooms and very little space for cloth storage.

The chairs in the bedroom were uncomfortable and not attractive,The single twin bed needed a light on the wall for safety.

First of all, perfectly clean, all staff that i met were amazing, from breakfast to reception and housekeeping. They were very kind and helpful in any matter. The location of hotel is just perfect. You can walk to any monument which is worth seeing. Rich and delightful breakfast.

The rooms getting not much of a daylight and hard to get some fresh air into the room.

Pillows and blanket were not what expected, for the price expected better quality and more confort.
