No mention of no central AC unit. Room is much smaller than advertised because of how it is split. Lack of home supplies like water, tissue, coffee, garbage bin, extra pillows, closet hangers. I asked for a late checkout because I checked in super late at 12 am the night before and they couldn’t give me one later than 12pm. Although I was granted a ‘late’ checkout, one of the workers just entered my room before checkout while I was indisposed. He didn’t knock or anything and just entered like I’m not even there. I spent €300 for less than 12 hours stay (with no late checkout) as it was an impulse reservation and didn’t allow me to cancel once I found a much more suitable accommodation. This treatment is very unacceptable and I’m never returning here nor am I recommending anyone to try this place if they want to be treated like human beings.

Spacious, well equipped, well maintained apartment at a great location. You can reach the Main train station and the Old town on foot, but you can also get one of the many tram and bus lines, or access the metro. Karlin is a nice neighborhood full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is sparkly clean and comfortably warm (we stayed in the coldest and snowy days in January 2026).

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and a convenient self-service laundry. The staff were available around the clock, and the apartment was both clean and well-suited for a family stay

Apartment was clean, spacious, ideal for solo traveler, location is excellent, very close to public transport, lots of coffee shops, excellent pubs and restaurants. I would choose this place again.

Shower door should be repaired (big gaps between the doors and seal is worn out, water coming out) and bed frame has massive stain on one side (not a good look). Apartment 404.

Great location - very close to the station and within walking distance to the old town. The apartment is quite spacious and perfect even for a long-term stay. The shower is excellent, and the beds are very comfortable. Many attractions are nearby, and public transport works great, with a stop very close to the apartment. Check-in was very easy, everything was very clean, and the host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

Clean and spacious room in a nice area close to metro and tram (close to city center). The check in was very easy and anytime we had any questions we received immediate answers from the host.

Modern apartment in renovated and well managed apartment building. Perfectly equipped kitchen, Netflix TV, comfy bed. Great location next to bus terminal and public transport. Full functional laundromat in the basement. Easy check-in and check-out. Clear communication. Pleasant street view.

The facilities and room was good and clean

In bathroom after shower, the water still came out of the door, so the floor was wet & not dry until the next day. It will be good if the service include daily cleaning & change the towels.

The location is next to bus, tram and metro stations in quiet location. There are lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Great playground is 5 minutes away. Streets are wide and great for a walk. The facility offers everything you need for stay, cleanliness was great, the check-in is easy on an app. We are very happy with our choice for accommodation!

Very clean apartment, the location was quit also during the night

Nothing to mention, only the portable air conditioner was quite noisy, otherwise everything else was perfect, also the organization of check-in and check-out was perfect and very easy.

The apartment was just great, flexible check-in with key code locks, close to the center, clean, had all we needed. Host was also great, taking care of us all the way. Definitely would come again.
