he first night I was there - I was helped by a Filipino man that worked the lobby. He was super nice and helped me to order delivery as I was not familiar with the local apps.

They were renovating the hotel so there was a lot of jackhammering going on during the day.

Good location - convenient for Old Town and transport links. Good choice of food at breakfast. Comfortable room

We were welcomed by Erolcan at the reception, and he was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to him for all the assistance. We also received great tips about the city.

The breakfast selection was not as expected, and there were limited halal options.

Great location, spacious good designed rooms, amazing breakfast (but I would ask for better coffee!). Everything was good and I would visit it again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Everything was perfect and I mean this. Location is super close to both river and old town. Cozy room, excellent breakfast, nice cleaning ladies. We had an issue with the room during check in, but the reception specialist Iryna was extremely helpful and friendly, all was resolved quickly. Thank you

Hotel staff were very good and helpful. Hotel was very clean and location is great

Indoor breakfast area is not good at all. The rooms do not have wardrobe but just open hanging bars and few drawers. Not nice at all.

As a single female traveler, the hotel felt safe and had a great, very walkable location to the Old Town. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really enhanced my experience.

The only windows in my room looked out to an interior elevator door. The windows opened to a hallway, which I didn't love for safety reasons.

Clear Lack of sound insulation of the windows. Very noisy: I could hear everything which happened outside including the music of à night club. One of the biggest nightclub in Europe apparently…. Not enough personnel. We stayed 4 nights and our room was cleaned only once…. Despite my asking every day

The hotel is in a great but quiet location beautifully presented with friendly and helpul staff. Very comfortable. Great breakfast too.

Beautiful recently renovated hotel. The decor was elegant and not over the top. Staff were very helpful and concerned that we had everything we needed. Also a short walk to Charles Bridge.

Good location on a quiet street with no surrounding noise, yet conveniently situated in the city center. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the rooms are cozy & clean, sufficient breakfast (including Prosecco ?).
