Great communication with the owner and great state of the accommodation as advertised.

The only complaint can be made regarding the noise from the street but it's understandable

Room was clean, surrounding area silent, privacy and realy nice bathroom

The room had adequate space, was clean, and had basic things for making tea and coffee. Clean sheets and towels were provided.

Mattress was not the comfiest, there was a smell of a bleaching agent, probably due to a cleaning product.

Nice place and nice location, easy to take public transport around Prague.

In the night a bit noisy outside.

Very bad experience

Owner asked/has taken more cash than the booking price, owner didn't accept payment by card, room was in ground floor and it was too cold, floor was too cold, floor was having lot of marks, cold stinky smell in room/corridor and ground floor, heater was not working, tv keyboard touchpad was not working, one night lamp and one power socket was not working, crockery/plate was not provided to eat food, bathroom and wash wasin was too small, room was too noisy due to outside crowd, no waiting area, no reception.

Peter and Vasyl are great hosts and very helpful. Had a very short stay at Central Studios but will definitely consider a repeat when I Prague.

The room was really spacious and equipped with a water kettle and a minifridge. The host left us lots of tea bags and coffee. It’s super close to a tram station that has very good connections with the city center. For the price it was perfect! Perfect communication with the host

It was extremely cold the first night even though they said the warming system works on a thermostat, but upon request they changed the settings and the room got super warm!

It was a very pleasant stay. We rested very well, it was mostly silent and the beds were really comfy and big. The blinds were good. They had the light switch on both sides + electrical outlets. The shower had warm water and comfortable shower-head.Both main room and toilet had trash bins. We received 3 towels which also were clean and comfy. The location of the TV was also comfy. Overall, very good price for the quality received.

No plates / forks / sponge / dish soap, but that's the only thing we found to be missing, every other small details were there! Also, the corridor before you enter the room had a chlorine scent, but that's a minor thing that they could've fixed somehow (just a small suggestion). The TV crashed twice after ~30 minutes of watching something on YT on both nights without the ability to restart it, maybe because of the wifi.

Fantastic location. Only 15 minutes ( max) walk from central station, close to parks, supermarket and great restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Excellent facilities, really all that you need for an independent, self contained base in the centre of the city. Peter was super friendly and helpful, with clear instructions and great recommendations for food and transport. If we come back to Prague, Central Station Studios would be first on my list of places to stay on a limited budget.

Clean, reachable, cheap private room.Everything as expected, and as shown on the website, no unpleasant surprises. Special thanks to Mr. Daly for extra contact and instructions.

It seems the smell (damp, mold? ) on the entrance to premises is a recurring problem. It didn't specifically bother us as the air conditioner (dehumidifier) was working in the room. But a kind reminder to the management to work on this.

Comfortable position, clean and tidy room, very kind property manager (Mr.Daly) to assist us through Whatapp with his contagious enthusiam for this magnificent city. Very apprecciatable “welcome” book with bunch of useful information (contacts, transports, food…)

Central Studios was a good location and the hosts, Peter and Vasyl were lovely. The place was clean and had all the necessities, having a fridge and a fan was very useful in the heat.

The place was great, it was well kept, clean, big, there was a fridge and utensils to make a coffee and tea. Bathroom was super nice. The room was within 5min walk to big store (Lidl) and well-connected tram stop. It was quiet and safe.

The AC device in the room was making it warmer instead of cooler. There was some misunderstanding regarding the payment and the owner should be nicer about it, especially that the fault was on his side, it wouldve been a 10/10 if it wasnt for that.

Room was very easy to locate due to the instructions given by the owner Peter before arrival! Very clean, good location and few minutes from a Lidl and tram stop to get into the town centre, 10/10 and will definitely stay again upon my return to Prague.

The bed was a little hard, but not to the point where I lost any sleep

Ideal for a short stay. Cozy, quite a big room, very clean. It’s also close to a tram stop, but you can as well walk to the central station. Definitely would recommend!

Place in a great location, close to the main train station, many shops in the area and restaurants at a good price. 30 minutes walk to the city center, but also close to tram stops that lead straight to the most important attractions. And above all a good price for the stay.

Very great place to stay. Close to everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. What appreciated the most :- the map and brochures of Prague in the reception - I had so many questions since i was moving to prague and everytime my contact was very helpful and gave me insights and recommendations- I was very happy to find an umbrella in the stay since it was raining

The place is about 1km from the station 400 meters to the nearest tram stop. This makes it very convenient to get around. The old city is about a 20 minute walk, and the surrounding area is safe to walk around even at night. Peter is extremely helpful and provided us with all the important details in terms of travel within the city and other tips and bits of info. The property is a 3star and lives up to that expectation. The room is clean and spacious, and comes with refrigerator, complimentary tea/coffee, linen, Netflix etc. Overall for the price, location and facilities, the property ticks all the boxes. We ended up staying an extra night as well.

The pillow was a little too hard for me, but my partner slept perfectly fine. So its personal preference really. Everything else was in order.

The location was very good, we could reach everything by foot, we didn't need to take the tram or taxi anywhere. I was glad to save money on a hotel and the room suit our purpose. We had a lovely stay in Prague.

The hallway smelled of disinfection liquid, but the walls were thin and we heard everyone walk buy our window at all hours. The room was adequate for our purpose, but the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was deformed from overuse and the pillows washed so often that they were clumpy. After mentioning this, we immediately received new pillows (with the same problem) and we're told that they would change the mattresses in the near future.

Room was really big and clean. The owner is really friendly and easy to contact. We loved the location too, it's near the city and has a lot of transport around.Honestly, the stay was nearly perfect.

There was a little bit of humidity in the room, but they have dehumidifier which helps a lot.
