Pros Great location: walkable (within 15 minutes) to historic sites and museums, grocery stores, and public transportation Clean Spacious

Be aware that there are 2 entrances (marked "a" and "b") depending on your room number. I wouldn't recommend arriving at night if you are a solo female. Men frequently sat right next to the door and watched as we put our code in to enter.

Check in with codes was a little confusing.

Location, cleanliness

Lighting a bit dark, the kitchen under cabinet lights are not working

The location was convenient to the Old Town Churches and Advent Markets. The apartment was clean.

Did not like entering adjacent to Hooters. Bad vibes from family members.

Location was terrific. Very central and convenient.

Several lights could not be plugged in for lack of a near outlet or extension cord. At least provide an extension cord so the lamps can be used. Consider upgrading the bed nightstand to include one or more USB outlets. This is becoming a standard in desirable places to stay.The shower floor is very dangerous because it is very slippery. It looks nice but is a safety hazard and perhaps a liability for you should someone fall and get hurt. At least provide a rubber mat or something to make the shower floor less hazardous.

Great location! Only a few minutes from old town center. Close to restaurants. Great for visitong the Christmas markets.

We were satisfied with the accommodations.

The appartment is great, spacious and clean, everything needed is available. The only problem was the total lack of parking, not available at all. Nevetherless, I would like to notice the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Because of parking I wanted to check out earlier. The management was very kind to make an exception for me and allow to check out without any fines. It made my experience with this hotel exceptional. Thank you very much. If you travel without a car, this is definitely a property to recommend.

In old town city

Difficult to find the car parking and the washing machine doesn’t work

It was an amazing location, it was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We had a kitchen that we did not use, but it was nice to have.

It was way too loud to leave the windows open at night. We learned that the first night, and then kept them closed and that helped. The shower left a puddle on the floor, but easy to clean.

This was a very spacious one-bedroom apartment superbly located just a block or two from the main square of the old town of Prague. We also found it to be within easy walking distance from a metro station. The apartment was very modern, quiet, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. We appreciated the elevator for getting our luggage up to the apartment.

Our only disappointment was the VERY weak lightbulb in the kitchen which made it impossible to read at the kitchen table at night. We requested that the bulb be replaced after our first night and I even offered to change it myself if they supplied the bulb but unfortunately, the situation was not rectified prior to our departure three nights later.

Beautiful old building, conveniently located near restaurants and shops. It was also within walking distance of many historic attractions and landmarks.The apartment was quite large and very nicely furnished. The on-site staff was helpful when they were actually present.

* the building entrance was very poorly lit and made access difficult. The keypad itself had no backlight display and I couldn’t see it to enter the code. It was very unsettling to be standing outside late at night struggling to enter the building. .* bath tub was very slippery, as were the bathroom floors. Grave potential for accidents. * there was a washing machine in the bathroom in my unit. Because there was just one machine, I assumed that it was a combination washer dryer unit. Before using the machine, I called the property management to make sure that it was OK for me to use it. I was given permission to use the machine, but was not advised that it would not dry the clothes. To make matters worse, the washing machine itself was not working properly. I washed a load of clothes, but the spin cycle was not working. The clothes were soaking wet. I called the property management, which claimed to provide 24 hour emergency service. They were difficult to reach, and when I finally got somebody on the phone, they were not the least bit helpful. The woman said there was nothing they could do until the next morning. She offered no sympathy or apology for the inconvenience and her attitude was cavalier at best. I was furious, and very stressed out because I was checking out the next day. The following morning, the on-site manager came and retrieved my laundry and had somebody on her staff finish it in the property’s own facilities. While I was relieved to have my laundry finished, I was angry because my last day in Prague was ruined. I had to stay in my apartment and wait for them to return my clothes. That experience had a very negative impact on otherwise wonderful stay.

The photos really don't do it justice, the place is giant. The layout is very interesting as well, with domed ceilings, skylights, and beams everywhere. Great workplace, and obviously the location is as central as it gets (while still accessible to taxis).

It is centrally located. Very spacious and clean.

Location is perfect. definitely use the driver option to get you to the hotel. it’s easy. make sure you have whatsapp for texting him. the apartment is extremely clean like it’s never been used. we would stay here again.

we stayed in 4.5. there was a tub but no shower curtain or holder for the hand shower. so you have to sit so you don’t spray the floor. also all the rooms do not look like the one pictured with the exposed beams and beautiful view. ours was quiet but viewed the courtyard.

The location is just amazing if it is your first time in the city. A bit noisy but great. We specifically asked for a crib and they provided us even though they forgot about it on the first day. The luggage storage is definitely a plus.

The mattress was okay. The toilet was a bit smelly.
