Blue Orange Resort

Average

It’s an average hotel, marketing itself as a resort and wellness center. The truth is (in short), it’s just a hotel with a nice gym and message seats, no spa, no therapist

The location is accessible and theres a nearby bus station

The room is not fully clean. they gave us a no window room. AC is not working.

It was not clean and the room not clean day by day and also the food was terrible it was only a little of food

Clean, good breakfast

Parking a bit expensive

The hotel staff is nice. The meal including breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean and quite comfortable. I used to visit the hotel quite often. You can also use a gym there, but the wellness, even its had been renovated, seams very expesive to me compared to what it offers.

Room n. 211 is windy inside.

Big parking but for paying.

Lot of things, paying for parking, dirty room, the washbasin in the room, not in bathroom.

Gym, massage chairs included in the cost.Breakfast is nice, tho no bacon :(

Parking isn't included in the stay price (+200 CZK)Some rooms don't have a fridge

There was a comfortable massage chair and a gym.

The bathroom and toilet in the room were uncomfortable. For some reason, the sink was located next to the bed in the room. This was very inconvenient. The room was not cleaned. Towels were only changed upon request. The breakfast was also meager.

Calm place, good gym, clean and fresh, all you need to stay for few nights, but also for few weeks. Communication with the city center is good, shopping mol is very close.

Nothing significant to report.

I like the ambiance. They have chair massage available anytime. Comfortable and easy to locate.

I don't like the sink beside the bed. Other than that, everything was good.

Friendly staffs, massage machine, good breakfast. Good location.

No tea coffee in the room. Fridge in the room would have been better.

Clean rooms, good bed, very kind personel, good food, very good location, good price, car parking.

There was only one AC/DC concert, why not two? ;-)

it marked 3 stars, but really look like 4 stars, room is a little small but has every thing you need, clean and comfort bad, stuff is awesome, it has free free massage facilities, price was excellent, breakfast is a little limited although was satisfying, we asked extra clean and it was done.

Good Bad, very nice reception girl, every thing we asked fulfilled immediately, clean, near to supermarked and 15 minutes walk from near by mall, Decathlon and Globus,.

Is quiet, close to the place I need it, good price and the staff all very nice and helpful

Probably just the clean of the room could be more often

Free parking, good WiFI, good breakfast. fair location but far from old town. Nice staff, Nice massage chair for free. Calm area with not city noise.

The room was not well-cleaned. Under the beds were not clean for weeks. The floor was not mobbed. I asked the reception to clean the room and put a sign at the door but they forgot. The refrigerator was not cleaned and the food of previous guest was there.

Staff hospitality, Vladimirs made our stay fantastic - polite, helpful, he is in right place, please appreaciate his input.

Everything was great.

Very pleasant and nice hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Staff at the highest level. Receptionist Vlad is the best this hotel has. We have not experienced such care for the customer as we felt from him in any hotel before. We will definitely want to come back again.

Two rooms did not have a hairdryer. But the Booking description states that there is. I solved the problem by asking for a hairdryer at the reception.

Lacking

Despite clearly asking and the confirming that they offered dry cleaning that did not use a washing machine.. i still received my shower back complwtely ruinedWorse yet they were completely unresponsive when engaged on the matterA safety deposit box was also broken in the room, was promised to be fixed then delayed multiple timesMost staff tried their best but some were untrained and resulted in a lot of unnecessary miscommunication

Very tidy and nice personnell, really good restaurant

We had 2 rooms, other room was + 30 degrees, no air conditioning or even window in the room what open, too hot to sleep or even breath.
