Quiet room!

My third booking there. Everything was effortless. There is an optional parking spot in a garage.

The rooms are comfortable, and the separate common room has a kettle and microwave. The staff is very friendly, and there's on-site parking. The location is relatively close to the center, it was more convenient for us to leave the car at the hotel and get to the center by tram.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for me. Everything met my expectations, and I would happily stay here again.

Parking is a plus.

It was very hot in the room, during the summer I think it will be even worse. And during the stay you can literally hear everything and everyone above you.

We are staying here not for the first time, and once again everything was excellent. Comfortable rooms, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We always enjoy our stay and will definitely come back again.

Kind of good price, but only if your going to the O2. Otherwise it’s a very basic, kind of crappy place, which is too far from the city, etc. The lights don’t work or are turned off. No kettle I. Your room. These type of things.

10am check out is a joke ( 3pm check in and 10am check out - it feels like your getting scammed ) hire more cleaning staff if you can’t manage.

Very convenient location for my purposes.Room is very basic, but exceptionally clean (which is important for me). There’s mini fridge in the room. Reception staff professional and kind.

Room is very basic, so don’t expect “luxury”, but it was comfortable enough.

Very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late, after checking in was closed, but because our other family was staying there too, the hotel allowed for them to collect our room keys so we could use the rooms. Towels were changed and rubbish was taken out every dayLiterally a minute walk from O2 as that was the reason we booked this hotel. A shopping mall is also right next door to O2, trams available every so often a short walk away from the hotel.

No option to have breakfast. No bin in the room, only bathroom so we had plastic bags in the room as a replacement for bin.

The bed was more comfortable than I expected, I had a good night's sleep. The shower was great and big, as the bathroom as well.

The doors slam a bit loudly and you wake up if a neighbour's room arrives/leaves. There might be a bit more things in the kitchen and more sugar in the rooms. The TV could have been a bit bigger, and with at least one or a few English language channels or at least the possibility to change it.

Great value for money, affordable parking, convenient location.

Carpets could have been cleaner. Also some things require maintenance.

Place is perfect for concerts at O2 arena

The shower... the floor is soo slippery I slipped and almost had very bad accident. Told it to the receptionist, she said I am the first one to mention it

Good hotel to spend few nights if you have something to do in Prague, e.g. go for a concert. It has garage - great option for drivers, at the same time good connection to the public transport.There are several shops (even shopping mall) and small park nearby, you can spend also time around.

Close walk to O2 Arena with restaurants in the way

Room had a lot of streetlight. Bring your sleep mask.

Location, 4 mins walk from o2 arena. A quick 15 minute bolt in the the city center. PerfectSecure car park at hotel.

recommended! it's a great little hotel just in front of the O2 arena, but super quiet, very clean, comfortable, all new inside and yet reasonably priced. the staff is polite and collaborative.

maybe the entrance and reception are slightly underwhelming, but don't let that interfere, that has no impact on the experience, it's been perfect for my need

Friendly male receptionist. Rooms clean. Warm good lighting near shopping centre, had mini bar which was helpful as I’d run out of drinks when I arrived

Basic room only one coffee, very basic shower but for money didn’t expect luxury

The hotel receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. They were willing to go extra miles to confirm our taxi reservation, calling the local taxi company numerous time to ensure that the taxi driver would pick us up on time. We have never met such a wonderful group of hotel staff and greatly appreciate their help.

We cannot think of any. The hotel room was clean and the location was excellent.

It was a very clean big room! Perfect for a short stay. Very close to the O2 Arena and a nearby Tram Station which get’s you into the city in less than 20 min.

Just the smell in the foyer and that the Elevator is only available for abled people (stairs to the elevator and to the rooms)
