The design of the room, bathroom, and spacing was excellent. The hotel was in a nice location as well. It felt safe and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

The TV had like one news channel and the rest of the channels were all unavailable.

Great location and very friendly staff who always assisted me with questions and concerns.

The staff attention

The hotel room was spotlessly clean. Modern furniture and nice view and also enjoyed sitting in the front yard.

Good sized room and quiet location close to metro station. No staff on site so it almost feels like it's your own apartment.

everything bad , no towels , nothing in bathrom only one bad shampo , no iron , no fridge , no cleaning room everyday , only two towels, the staff was bad .

Very comfortable and easy checked in. So clean and warm apartment, we really enjoyed staying there.

About cleaningWe 9 days were there no one cleaned room. One time woman changed beds. If Its problem they can leave in room some besom. Its well be more comfortable for guests.

Check in is easy

They replied to one of the booking user that they have storage room. And there is no storage room. We call the number, but they told us they are in Germany and they do kot know the facility well.There is no elavator. We carried all of our luggage by ourselfs.

The property was very well located compared to the center and everything we had in plan for the trip, very nice and clean.

Our only issue was getting to our room the first time around as we weren’t aware beforehand that the building has an annex, but we did figure it out!

It was very convenient, book an apartment and everything is handled online, no need for the normal formalities of a human reception.

The bedroom was very cold, and the air quality was very dense if we kept windows closed. Trying to connect to the TV with phone was impossible since all TVs are named the same, sometimes other people would interrupt what we were watching because they tried connecting to ours.

Front door was a little heavy.

The apartment/room was nice, quite clean and the building was elegant and located in a very central place.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a super comfortable time because I didn’t feel taken care of. The walls are very thin and the first night we didn’t sleep well because of our loud neighbors. I complained the morning after but nothing changed. We also had a problem with the heating which was not working or maybe we didn’t understand exactly how to make it work. That’s why I think it’s always better to have a real person at your arrival, a person who can explain you basic stuff like this. I would not chose again this accommodation especially because it is not cheaper than others with a way higher level of customer care.
