Friendly team, good location for O2 arena

The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Good location for O2 Arena. Breakfast very good, fresh vegetables, scrambled eggs, fresh cake, all frequently replenished.

Surprisingly noisy, particularly rooms 110 and 109, directly opposite the stairwell, giving a unique blend of noise from downstairs and outside. Car park useful but expensive.

Super close to the o2 arena.

Parking is a bit expensive but its not cheaper anywhere in the area.

Staff was nice and very polite. Breakfast was great. Hotel is at an easy to reach location.

No teapot or cutleries in the room, but you can get those from the restaurant. Not the most comfortable beds, but that's personal preference.

Everything. Friendly and very helpful staff, nice and cozy room, good breakfast spread, in-hotel restaurant (Jerusalem) with a friendly local host. Vicinity to city center (15min by car or metro), close to the Metro station. Nearby shopping center (Harfa) and 2 streets away from the O2 arena (concerts, sports events). All was good and we enjoyed our stay.

An average hotel with friendly and polite staff. A pleasant lobby. Parking is available.

For the price, the hotel is too basic. The breakfast is below average, the selection is limited, there's no fruit, almost nothing for vegetarians, and no pastries either.The room is simple, and the bathroom is very strange – a glass wall enclosing the bathroom reveals a lot of things and makes for very loud noises. This is very inconvenient when traveling with a group.The hotel is located outside the city center; it's accessible by public transportation, but not the most convenient.

Parking was available, location was ok

Room was not particularly clean, sticking floor and light switches. Furniture a bit dated by now.

Good location, Praha 9 district. About 6-7 kilometers from the Old town. The breakfast was good, not fantastic. The problem was with the free WIFI - it was impossible to be used, connection disapering every 10 seconds.

Location for O2 concert hall very close. Staff very helpful. Room was clean.

Tea and coffee making poor none in room and no milk at making point near reception

Location of hotel was close to the venue I needed to be close to and also close to the tram stops that lead to city centre which is great. Very nice staff at the reception. Room would be kind of nice if it wasn’t THAT worn out.

To sum up - having the most expensive suit is not worth it for sure. My room had issues with its lock - I couldn’t close the door during the stay multiple times. Room would be kind of nice but it was so worn out omg (you can see that hotel is not investing in keeping it at the proper level) - big water stains on walls and ceiling. Bathtub had scratches and tiny holes. Sofa had stains on it. Breakfast was underwhelming - same everyday, not super tasty, very little options to choose from. Almost no sweet options - e.g. there was Nutella or jams but no pancakes - so you can put it only on bread I guess or eat it with a spoon :(

Friendly helpful staff, location great for the arena.

Beds could be more comfortable and without plastic protectors. Breakfast was a little limited and things ran out on Sunday morning.

The location was very convenient for the event that we were attending at the O2 Arena as well as it being close the tram stop and various cafes and restaurants. There was a good range of food available at breakfast and the beds were a lot comfier than they looked.

Mattresses were not very comfortable and room was small. Mini fridge was very dirty

Nice place to stay in Prague – good location, parking available with prior booking, and a reasonable price. Rooms are simple but clean and well-kept, so you can feel comfortable here.

Nice location. Nice hotel, staff was kind and willing. The furnitire was a bit older, but I mean value for money in wider center of Prague was great
