Dry close to everything. Most sights within walking distance. Wear thick soled shoes. Lots of cobblestone streets.

The breakfast could have had more variety.

Good location, near the mesuem and subway

The room has a strong perfume.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. every time you ask for stuff/help the always tried to find/help u out.

There was a lot of dust inn the ventilation grid visible trough the metal grid felt kind of dirty. Everything else was fine.

Every single thing, the staff who is more than lovely and friendly they will help you even with the little thingsThe location is perfect the room was super room and we asked at the check in time if we can upgrade the room and add a person the accepted and where very helpful

The hotel has a good location, a kind manager, and a comfortable room. Also, the view from the window overlooking the National Museum is great.

I booked the bigger, superior de lux room with sofa. I did not get it. Staff said, but you already have balcony. It was winter time :).

Clean room & comfortable

It is a bit of a walk to most things & it’s a tiny bit noisy being on a busy road

Breakfast was OK, depending on what time we took breakfast, some items were not available or slightly cold...Location of hotel ideal as right next to the A metro line, so easy access to the network and right on Wesleslas Square...so able to enjoy that area.

Nothing really. All aspects were good. We knew price was higher than normal as over New Year period.

Convenient location to the main train station and public transport. Museum station was right out the door and only a 15 minute walk to Old Town

Room was quite small

Very central, close to the train station and old town. We had a room with a balcony with a great view. Our room was next to the lift but was quiet.Everything we needed was in the room: kettle, iron, mini bar, hairdryer, dental and vanity kits etc

No onsite restaurant/ serving food bar to have something to eat in the evening. However, there are some in close proximity.

Fourth time in this hotel and always a pleasure. Great location next to metro and Wenceslas square, great view on National Museum. Staff friendly (HSK staff very thoughtful) and rooms are great!!Oh and particular detail, but when you enter the hotel, you always smell the scent like a nice perfume, feels welcoming!

I only miss a hotel bar if you like to have a drink during the day
