Miss Sophie's New Town & Wellness

Near a metro station and a tram stop, so very easy to navigate to city center and main train station. Room was perfect for a single traveler. Just enough space for one person, maybe two, but it was comfy.

The luggage storage room was at the end of a dark, slightly moldy basement hallway, but reception did give me a lock so I could store my bag in a locker for a few hours after I checked out before my train. As a seasoned traveler, this really didn't bother me that much, and considering the price, it makes sense.

Quirky property with clean rooms and an excellent private spa

I returned to this hotel for the third time. Everything is amazing here, beautiful rooms, great cleanliness, great wifi, peace and quiet, great location in the center. Special thanks to the receptionist Elena, who is a real angel. Also big thank you to Zahir, Hasanien, Krick, Harshil and Yvan and cleaning lady Tamara. We booked the "Family Room" which is a hostel style room with two bunk beds and ensuite bathroom; very convenient for a group of friends. The room was clean and relatively spacious for 4 people, and quiet considering it's located on the street and right off the main lobby. Plenty of storage except for the tiny mini-fridge. Staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the location was ideal with quick transit access to everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel has no food or drink and no common spaces in winter (there is a patio for when the weather is warmer). It is associated with the hostel across the street, so if you walk over there it has a nice cafe/bar and a space to hang out. Despite this other location being a hostel there are no laundry services at either location, and the nearest laundromat is a 20 minute walk each way. Bathroom needs more lighting and ventilation, and despite there being curtain rods on the bunk beds which would offer a bit of privacy, there are no curtains where they should be.

Great location, minutes walk to Casinos, Touristic Sites, Restaurants, Spas....Breakfast is outside the door, nice variety, buffet and brunch options. Excellent staff and welcome by William, they even include bottle waters and wine in the room plus Prosecco free of charge. Great value, will come again.

It was even better than I thought it would be very comfortable bed great location outside of old town. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions, but we were staying in New Town so it was a little quieter at night, which was nice. Staff let us check in very early, which was really appreciated. Since our flight came in so early. It was a wonderful day.

The bed, the location, warm water for shower, all good.

The key card had to be reset several times during my stay requiring me to go to the front desk over and over again.

The room was very stylish and comfortable, good isolation from outside noises and weather. The pressure in the shower was excellent. Everything in the room was very comfortable.Staff was very friendly and polite. Take advantage of the Spa with some friends after a long day of exploring the city.

It's a cosy small hotel which is on 15 minute walking distance from the old town. The staff is very friendly and the private wellness (not included) is a great benefit. We loved it.

Regrettably, room service is scheduled very late in the afternoon, by which time I had already returned from my day trips and rested before the evening, so my room was not cleaned once during my five-day stay. Better communication and flexibility on this matter would be helpful in resolving the issue.

Location is great, rooms are qiuet and clean. High ceilings, soft bed. Coffee machine with cups +)The stuff is helping and delicate in communications.

The breakfast is served right across the street (but just 3 steps away) in Sophi's Hostel.I enjoyed the cold buffee, but the hot one is availiable either. The breakfest space is really authentic) but I took away mine brealfast and coffee.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The room is small and wasn't cleaned daily, the bed sheets weren't changed for three nights, and the floor wasn't swept at all for five nights.

The stuff is extremely nice - the rooms are interestingly made cozy modern and fascinating- the privet wellness are absolutely worth the money and the breakfast is great! Also the location is prefect. We loved it , most certainly if go to Prague again we will rent a room at this hotel for sure!

I was like everything it was amazing

- Excellent location close to metro station- Very nice breakfast- good mattresses (you start appreciating it when you get older)

- quadruple room is hostel-like- the beds are moving and making sounds whenever the person on the second level moves in sleep- the lights in the bathroom could be brighterNot hotel's fault but parking somewhere around is a pain
