Great room and location

Excellent location, metro and bus station just around the corner. Spotless room, they clean the room every day if you want, also asking if you need anything like towel to be replaced, more coffee, tea etc. Breakfast various and tasty. Check in and check out was smooth. All staff very kind. Room equipped with all you need.

Location was great! 3 mins walk from the nearest tram station! Breakfast was good too! Staff was helpful and always kind

You had to put a sign out for room to be cleaned, towels changed etc which we didn’t see

the location is convenient and it provides the breakfast which is good.

the sound proofing is a bit weak, since the hotel is located near the main road, i still heard noise from the vehicles at the midnight.

Location is perfect, a few steps from Wenceslao Square, the subway and IP Pavlova, a tram stop that takes you anywhere in the city

The room and the toilet were SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER than the photos showed when we booked the room. According to the pictures, there was a bidet, but our room did not have one. We only got hand soap.The hand dryer was a hundred years old and it only blows cold air so it takes forever.The sockets are located under the furniture, not a very convenient location.When we got to the room, as soon as we flushed, the water kept coming up and it did not go down. We called the reception and they offered us to sleep in the room next door for only one night (that room was way bigger and the toilet was the one from the pictures). So we had to move the day after.Overall, not a great experience because the room was very small for the price we paid in my opinion and because THE PHOTOS WERE NOT FROM THE SAME ROOM WE GOT

Really good breakfast and good the option of replacing keys with codes. Pleasent atmosphere, nice internal garden.

Moquette on the floor, just as personal taste.

The location is really good, check in is easy and fast, in general feel really good with the hotel overall

Carpets were not 100% clean, something felt and when I looked under the bed was full of dust and in general that brings down the feeling of a clean room

Beautiful hotel in the center of Prague: excellent location in a quiet residential area near Wenceslas Square. The metro and tram stops are just a short walk from the hotel, allowing you to reach all parts of the city in max 15–20 minutes.The staff is very helpful and friendly.The room was very clean and equipped with all the comforts expected of a 4-star hotel.We had an issue with the electronic door lock, which was promptly resolved within about ten minutes.International breakfast included, fairly complete and very good overall.

The only two “negative” notes:•we were initially assigned a room different from the one I had specifically requested, but after reporting the issue to the reception, they changed our room to an even better one than the one booked, at no extra charge;•the reception is located in another hotel, about one hundred meters away along the same street. The receptionist was very professional and helpful, speaks fluent English and also knows other languages, including Italian.

Everything was perfect

Nice room ,comfy bed ,great bathtub .Ive stayed here before ,price very good .

TV only had Polish,Rumanian channels or radio ,should have some international channels ,news CNN,BBC,SKY etc .

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was warm and clean, with a vintage vibe. We were able to walk to all the main attractions. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of choices.

The only downside of the hotel are the pillows which were really bad. I've been through the reviews before booking this hotel and people were mentioning the pillows, but I didn't imagine it could be that bad. Those were way too big and caused us discomfort.

There are a lot of stairs to reach the elevator and rooms and it is very difficult to carry your suitcases

Everything was fine, and the hotel staff was very helpful in meeting our needs, and the location was absolutely perfect! The right thing for us as a family of 4.

We had a tiny problem with the taxi service on the way back. The hotel arranged transportation to and from the airport and said they accepted cards and cash (because I asked), but in the end, the taxi driver only accepted cash, so we had trouble finding an ATM because we were short on cash.

Keyless access didn’t work properly. Breakfast service: Should we make up our dishes in 4* hotel?!?

An excellent breakfast and the staff were exceptional replenishing when needed and extremely attentive. The breakfast itself wonderful with a full variety to meet everyones needs.

I didn't think it was value for money. Having to check in at a sister hotel inconvenient especially when the key card failed to work and we found ourselves locked out of the hotel meaning we had to trudge back to the sister hotel to report it. The girl on reception most unhelpful gave us a new card which still didn't work for our room so we had to key in a code every time...just annoying really.
