The room size and bed. The location and the breakfast!

Location

Bathrooms were dirty. And room was very hot. No Air conditioner, or didn?t work as the hotel claims. Didn?t give us fan for one of our room.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Impeccable staff. Staff was so helpful and arranged my sons transport from the airport with their driver. The concierge was able to get my son a last minute appointment for a haircut at a salon. Loved this hotel.

Perfect location and phenomenal staff! Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant in a beautiful building with extremely clean rooms. Hotel employees helped us with a difficult eurorail issue and they are the beat!

Location. Furnishings and room size.

Hand Shower head wrong for mounting thus it spun like a top. More water ended on the floor. Luggage guy was always busy.

Beautiful hotel! Extremely large, quaint rooms with comfortable beds & great shower pressure!!! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & helpful. The bellhop, Patrik, was absolutely the best hotel staff member that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Our window was above the Absinthe Bar which had a loud, yelling crowd until 2-3 am every night. Because there is no airconditioning we needed the open window to cool the stuffy room, but then were kept awake by the noise Coffee machine broke each mornin

None. It's a 5-star hotel and deserves it.

Its proximity the the old and the new town.

They force you to pick their'drivers' to get to places when one needs a taxi. They won't open up the narrow, winding roads to any taxi unless they get a huge kickback. Instead of paying CKZ 135 I ended up having to pay 350.

Are room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony. The location was excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Location and privacy!

Since the room was street level, it was very noisy especially late at night and into the wee hours. Another issue was the temperature controls. The room was very warm and the fan and temp could not be adjusted properly.

Big rooms was nice, but the color scheme in room a bit off. Purple rug and couch. ???

Location was absolutely perfect to enjoy your city. Your staff were very efficient. The hotel room and accommodations were simple wonderful for our stay. We so enjoyed your hotel, an our stay there. We would stay again, and would want to stay even longer

This is not a criticism, just a notice of a small difference in approach to service. The reception and a couple members of staff were extremely efficient, and effective in completing their jobs, but the smiles and small talk left a little charm desired.

Excellent location in historic area near old square and astronomical clock. Excellent breakfast. Room excellent.

Was difficult to manage thermostat in room so was a bit too hot. Otherwise excellent.

Stunning suite with beautiful old period furniture. Room was spotless and large (room 106) There was a separate sitting area with an additional tv. Location is excellent 2 minute walk to astronomical clock. We didnt use trams because everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, bars and attractions on your doorstep. Hotel staff provided very good customer service. When we left early on our last day the hotel had provided a packed breakfast for us which was a very nice touch. They can also provide hotel transfers 40 euros each way was but an uber would be cheaper its a 30 minute ride or take a tram.

Breakfast was ok but having to go down stairs to the buffet to then go back up stairs to eat was a little chaotic. There were tables in the buffet basement area but this was cramped when full with other diners. Small side plates were provided for the hot buffet options but too small to place all items available on the plate so a little frustrating and requiring a few visits to the basement to top your plate up. We would suggest that you dont book breakfast with the room rate but pay for the ala carte breakfast which was served at you seat in the restaurant, there are also plenty of cafes right outside the hotel front door.
