    • Excelente localización!! Lo recomiendo-100 % . Limpio y el desayuno excelente. Puedes caminar a todos los sitios de los interés.
    • BEST AIR CONDITIONING, WATER PRESSURE and WIFI in all of Europe! Fast and no login screen! Great staff. Also, the basement fallout shelter / KGB station tour (free) was a surprise highlight. The tunnel you can crawl through (optional) is legit creepy.
    • Location, staff and Como restaurant.

    Cons -

    • Feels more like a 4 star hotel that gets almost everything right than what I imagine a 5 star hotel to be (i.e. it is not the Four Seasons). Cheapest rooms don't come with a coffee maker - only a kettle and packs of instant coffee.
    • Lobby comfortable but may be getting a bit shabby. Room on the small side, but it's a boutique hotel in an historic building in the central neighborhood, so that's the tradeoff.
    • It's rated five star but is not. A solid 3.5To 4 star but no perks to merit 5 star rating.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, both in the hotel and restaurant. They were very patient checking bags & quickly addressed service requests like extra pillows. Classic Czech Cubist building & restaurant. Hotel 1 block from all Metro lines.

Lobby comfortable but may be getting a bit shabby. Room on the small side, but it's a boutique hotel in an historic building in the central neighborhood, so that's the tradeoff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast and very good restaurant.

Allowed to check in earlier than scheduled by 2 hours. Reception very helpful, a small amount of maintenance work was happening on our floor near the lift which could have been explained when checking in as it was right outside the lift dorr and was unexpected as the lift opened. But no real issue there. Very clean all over.

Breakfast is inside a franchise restaurant in the foyer and is quite pricey compared to UK hotels. Hotel charges about the same price as the restaurant for all you can eat buffet (hot and cold foods), but maybe could be a cheaper price as its done through the hotel. My advise would be to just pay at the restaurant and you can choose more variations of food.

The location is good , only 10 walk to the old town and surrounded by shops and Restaurants , Staff friendly , Bed was comfortable and I like to choice of toiletries ( l’occitane), good mini bar , the restaurant ( used for Breakfast )next door is great , very busy and great service

Small Lobby with not a lot of space to relax , no coffee machine in rooms ( was shown on photos ) however rooms a little retro style and no complemen complementary water. No wellness area even tho it’s called a 5 star hotel

Superb location, nice room, but not the cleanest

Room was very cold and no matter how we adjusted the heating , wouldn't warm up , the corridor outside our room was warmer, workmen drilling from 9am on our last day was terrible, if we'd have known that there'd be dust sheets along our corridor and work lights everywhere I would have booked elsewhere.

Excellent locationBeautiful room with all the facilities and comforts you could need. The ladies at reception we’re extremely pleasant and helpful

    Nothing at all

    7MartinPosted on: 1-19-2026

Location was good, unfortunately Wenceslas Square is under construction so the value was diminished.

The doors on the 4th floor where we stayed are very loud when closed. So all during the night you are woken up by slamming doors. The other annoying part was the construction outside.

Location is perfect for a Prague sight-seeing base.Room was large and although old style, very comfortable. They upgraded us without charge to a room with a view of the main square. On check-in had a warm greeting fromthe English- speaking staff. The co-located cafe which is accessed via the hotel main lobby is truly fantastic. Great food and great service. Breakfast is served in this cafe trom 8am.Bonus - only a 15 minute walk from the main railway station.

    No complaints whatsoever.

Great restaurant adjoining the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful

Unfortunately the street improvement are still ongoing which disappointed the views. Shower tub was quite small.

    8DeePosted on: 1-2-2026

The location was excellent, unfortunately there is road works going on in the square causing it to look ugly. Although it was quiet. During our stay.

The fittings were a little tired but of excellent quality

The location was great, nice breakfast, welcoming staff, good room size

There was construction in front of the hotel... at least it wasn't noisy
