Location, location, location! & historic old building in historic old district( like 1300's) & great staff, super helpful!! Maps & souvenirs in office. Refrigerator cold & grocery store right across street. View of castle from upper balcony!

Bit high price as we only stayed 12 hrs ( had to catch a flight.)

No elevator and lots of stairs. But other than that, it’s incredible! If you’re able bodied, I would absolutely recommend staying here

The location was exceptional, it was just next to the Charles Bridge and very close to other historical landmarks. It was really worth the value for the service you are getting. I stayed there 5 nights and would go back if I'm ever in Prague again.

The location is perfect and staff were friendly and helpful and they offer free coffee.

The location is awesome next to charles bridge close to the tram station. The room is huge you have a locker and a bedside table. The bathroom was inside the room. Everything was good also the receptionists were friendly. There is a small common area to chill after a long day and a small kitchen with everything you need to cook

the location is right in the historic city center. staffs are friendly and willing to help. the beds are comfortable

There are some people smoking in public area, which could be better if there is specific smoking space.

A charming big apartment under the roof.Right next to the Charles Bridge - one of the top attractions in the city but still very quite inside the room.Kitchen is fully equipped.Perfect coffee for free.Nice staff.

It is a prime location only a few minutes away from Praque Castle. Literally a few steps away from Charles bridge. And walking distance to Old Prague Center. No need to use any public transportation. It is close to everything. The stuff was great and helpful. No complaints from them.

It would be nice if they put some type of a privacy curtain around the bunk beds. Also put shelves next to the bunk beds so guests can have some things near them. Also, it is difficult at first to find a hostel apartments. Put a big sign in front of the main road would be great. And I do wish the bathrooms and restrooms will be clean more often. Other those small things I recommend it. The place is great. Good job staff crew!

It’s a bit noisy as you can hear people talking outside but it’s manageable.

I don't know why I have booked this hostel, never come back again, never ever!

Noise from the street, noise from neighbors, terrible broken room door, one door for 2 showers (why? to have a shower together? with whom?)

The location was amazing and had the greatest view of Charles Bridge! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and were a great resource for visiting the city. There is free coffee and hot chocolate at the desk!

The hostel was great! The beds were really comfortable too. I stayed in the 7 bed girls only dorm. It was nice because you also have your own bathroom with a shower that just the girls share. They also provide coffee for you and it's so nice because the staff are always so friendly and chatty when you go down to grab some.Overall, it was a really great stay!

The curtain didn't block out all of the light from lamps outside cause they were thin, so if you like to sleep in a dark room, I think this would be the only downside.

The place is located literally in city center amazing staff and best for solo travelers.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the place looked exactly like the pictures, spotless and well maintained. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy. They also offer free coffee and hot chocolate, just ask and they’ll gladly make it for you. Loved how close it was to most major attractions! I’d definitely stay here again.

It was very clean with a super friendly and helpful staff. Also, the location was good.

It didn’t have an elevator, we had to carry our luggage and stroller through multiple flights of stairs

No locker rooms for big suitcases, just one toilet for around 15-16 beds. Felt a bit unsafe, but survived ))

Perfect location, great amenities, friendly staff, clean facilities, laundry services, cool building, super affordable - one of the nicest hostels I've ever experienced!

The excellent location, very close to the historic district and all the traditional beauties of Prague! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. All information, maps, and tours are available in multiple languages.

If you need to rest and sleep before midnight, it may be problematic due to the noise coming from outside. It would be better to have air conditioning and noise-proof windows in the rooms.
