I arrived later than expected due to a train delay, so no receptionist was present. But instructions were clear that I just needed to call from the desk phone and I'd be taken care of, which I was. Everything else, including breakfast, was fine.

Small, cosy and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic, friendly and more than happy to help. Lovely breakfast spread which was included in the price.

Due to the open staircase leading from reception to the upper floors noise travelled easily and not everybody considers other guests and can be quite noisy in the hotel.

We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist, and our room was lovely. Location was great. Breakfast, had an excellent choice and was very tasty!!

A fantastic hotel in the heart of the old Town, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Our room was impeccable, and really comfortable. A wide and delicious seleccion of breakfast options every day, too. A great place to stay!

Parking was 7 min walk away from Hotel but staff made that feel doable with holding luggage whilst getting car.

The staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and gad everything we needed.It's located in the old town so, close to all the touristic locations.The breakfast had something for everyone

Great location and staff. Nice fresh breakfast.

Smell from the kitchen in the house from both outside and inside. Not possible to get fresh air - not possible to open the window in the courtyard because of intense kitchen smell and noisy elektroinstallations. Room bit shaby.

Parking options are horrible, we had to park 8 minute walk on a ridiculously expensive garage. Probably smarter would be to park further away (cheaper) and take a bolt to our place so maybe a good advice for anyone planning to stay here with a car…

We had a lovely stay here, the location is excellent, the breakfast had everything you'd expect from a hotel breakfast, very pleased. The staff was the best thing about staying here, so friendly and helpful. Next time we're in Prag this is where we will stay!Highly recommend

The hotel is so special, an adorable building right in the heart of the old city. A great breakfast, too!
