The free breakfast was excellent, and the location can't be beat. Would stay again.

Orange juice at breakfast was watered down (at least 70% water). Ad said there was a shuttle to the airport but that is incorrect. Shower head holder in the room was broken. Balcony door seemed to want to fall off the hinges.

The property is older but very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is amazing. The value is excellent.I had a working meeting in Prague 4 so the location was very convenient for me. All In all, I had excellent experience.

Breakfast: the morning meal was very good and exceeded my expectations - a real highlight of the stay.Room: the room itself was big enough and could have comfortably accommodated our family of four.Location: while this part of Prague was chosen for private reasons and may not be ideal for typical tourists, the connection to the historical center is very good. You can be there within 10 minutes by subway due to the very good public transportation links.

Accommodation logistics: despite having enough space in a room, we were forced to take two separate rooms on different floors due to the lack of appropriate beds for kids. This separation made us feel disconnected as a family. Also WiFi password written on the reception didn't work.Check-in: I have never before experienced a hotel requiring government ID cards for children of elementary school age. In my experience, only the parents' IDs have been necessary until now...

Breakfast is good quality and good taste.Room is cozy and silent.Location is easy. Near to many restaurants.

1. There is no shower gel install inside shower closet. It is outside that make it a bit difficult to reach it.2. Shower valve shape is difficult to catch after you use shower gel. It is vert slippery.

- spacey room- all clean- parking options on the street near by or paid at backyard of the hotel- polite reception desk- breakfast included- internet access simply works as it should

- shower tube should be improved, sometimes shower tip/head is not fasten properly or holder broken, also no shelf where to leave the shower gel

If your target is the center and old town, you should walk a few minutes to the tram.

The room was smallish, but that didn't bother me

The stuff and cleanness and breakfast was OK.

The room walls were thin, so I could hear over what happened next to my room.The room had somehow terrible energetic, I felt bad spirits or whatever, I do not know why. I could not sleep well, I could not sleep deeply...Such thing happened with me long time ago. Therefore I left the hotel one day earlier, I felt that the bad spirits want this. After I left the hotel I could sleep very good and well again.(The hotel it self would not be bad, and maybe others were satisfied, but my personal experience was awful.)

Excellent value for money in a good location if you have to do something in this part of Prague as well as if you want to visit the centre. There is a metro station near the hotel.

For me the only anoying thing would be the curtains. They let too much light into the room.

Nice location, affordable prices, rooms are big and spacious. Staff were nice.

Bed was poor and uncomfortable. It was not a normal double bed up off the floor that you would expect in hotel. Instead it was 2 single beds pushed together and not a comfortable sleep. Rooms missing tea/coffee making facilities which was also bad.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, 24/7 reception helps when going out until lste at night or early in the morning, location is very easy to get to with metro + tram or metro + bus, and a very nice shopping center is nearby too.

Nice and quiet location, not so far from city center. Clean rooms and equipped with towels and soaps. The room temp in January was very cozy!

Nonfunctional Wifi, breakfast meat was limited only with pork! The bathroom wasn’t equipped with proper slippers and there wasn’t any kettle! In addition, the walls between apartments were so thin you could hear ppl breathing in other side!

Location is far from old town, but there is a public transportation 10 minutes away.Some rooms are very small.

Quiet location in the centre of Prague, good parking, absolute satisfaction

Location was very convenient and breakfast was good too.... only issue was check in time... I had to check in from 12-1 but room wasn't ready ... and the receptionist told it will take at least 1 hour... that was bit problematic .... otherwise all was good.

The staff were nice, the parking was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. Good value for money.

The room and bathroom were clean. There was a good breakfast in the morning.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi practically did not work, the room was cold in the autumn period and one radiator heated very weakly. I asked for a second blanket, but they did not give it to me. In the room, unfortunately, there was no kettle and the usual tea and coffee bags, as is usually the case in other hotels. They did not find a kettle for me either. I do not plan to stay in this hotel again.
