Worth the money .

The bath is high to step out and we are elderly and forSafety reason avoid falling is good to put a handle on the wall outside the bath stepping out

The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy, bathroom clean and warm

Location is walkable to various places and several very good restaurants. The breakfast is outstanding, variety of foods and beverages that are constantly attended by the staff to ensure freshness. Beautiful chandelier that reaches from the top of the hotel through the staircase. Nice balance of old world and modern.

Thank you to the staff at Hotel Caruso. I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property, full of old world charm, meticulously clean, artistically and thoughtfully decorated with Bohemium crystal, Alfonse Mucha and other beautiful artwork. Fabulous location walking distance to everything and great to have the 24 hour reception. The staff were consistently kind, courteous and helpful. I was particularly grateful for their gracious responses to me as before arrival I had been a tad anxious as an older person travelling solo. They could not have been more helpful . Sumptuous generous breakfast with everything you could want (lots of options, suit all tastes). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.

Location, room, decor

Cozy and comfortable hotel just a few minutes from the center, the staff was happy to help resolve misunderstandings. There was a pretty good selection of breakfasts, I was satisfied and I didn't see any such minuses

The balcony had no view and there was no milk or hearing in the room. However these were provided for us upon request.

The location was excellent. Close to Charles bridge and the Astronomical Clock. The breakfast was so good. A wide spread of fruit, breakfast cereals, warm food and cakes. The room and bathroom were a nice size. The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early. there were cold bottles of water in the fridge.

The was not enough toilet paper in the room, but when we asked the cleaning staff for more, they have given us more. All other things were excellent.

Location was perfect. Everything was near by. In the city centrum. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is great, very nice and polite stuff, comfortable beds.

There was a bad smell coming from the toilet pipes.

The location is very nice. I visit there during Christmas. The hotel was about 500 m away from the Christmas market in old town Square. The room is bigger than I expect, which is good because I travel with my parents and we had a lot of bags. So there is enough space for three of us. And for the price of the hotel, it also includes breakfast, which is very good deal.

The air condition in room is kind of confuse. even though the staff show me how to use it, I still don’t really understand how it works. Since the hotel was kind of old, the furniture and equipment in the room is not really modern so it was kind of hard to use.

Loved the architecture and interior decoration. Very clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided. Enjoyed the food selection at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel was perfect for getting to all the sights and tours we had booked.

There was nothing I disliked.
