Great location. Really cute rooms and very spacious rooms.

There are no elevators. It was a bit difficult bringing up heavy suitcases 3 flights of stairs

Rooms clean, modern and spacious. Heated floors in the bathrooms.

Staff was friendly & helpful. They got me out of a parking mishap with the local Police. Location is amazing - stone throw away from restaurants & the Charles bridge. Room had a very authentic feeling. Free Wi-Fi

No hotel parking available. No elevator. Air conditioning is not available, but outside temperature was nice enough that leaving a window open with a pedestal fan running, it was comfortable enough to sleep under a comforter (Last week of August).

Property is in a great location with direct views of the Charles Bridge. Staff were really accommodating in helping us change room from the one originally booked and also letting us check in early. The room is beautiful, modern, clean and warm. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Only two small complaints would be the shower lacked power and so whilst it looked beautiful, was more of a trickle than a powerful stream but understandable in a large older building. Our room faced the street and was a little noisy at times, woken up early by the bin collectors one morning, but ear plugs are provided if needed.

The bathroom and room were super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent, right by Charles Bridge.

We had to ask for an iron although the advert states that one is included with the property. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were two king size beds. Large bathroom. Small fridge and coffee machine which was handy in the living room. The apartment is on the doorstep to the old town and close to the Charles bridge.

The property was a great location right in the thick of everything, but once inside the property it was extremely quiet. The property was very well kept, clean, and the staff was excellent- very helpful, always smiling and friendly. We would hands down stay here again!

We were blown away by the design and location of this hotel. We couldn’t have been based in a better location. The room was beautiful. It had a classic feel with high ceilings and wooden floor boards, complimented by modern, artful furniture and amenities.

Really lovely apartment, in a great location to explore Prague. Very comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Friendly staff. Coffee machine was a great bonus.

Television didn’t work very well and kept buffering which was frustrating. There is only one power point next to one of the beds so the other bed did not have a usable bedside lamp as it had to be plugged into a socket which wasn’t close to the bed. It would be useful to have some mugs provided as well as cups.

Lovely spacious room. Nice decor. Not one but two double beds! Nice living area and in a great location.

Slightly noisy but not enough to put us off. Luckily we were there mid week, I can imagine weekends are louder. I took earplugs just incase.

Comfortable, spacious and clean. Very convenient location. Responsive and obliging staff.

Not a major problem but there was some noise from the street below and from other guests going up and down the wooden stairs (there's no lift). Need some luggage racks or similar for guests staying longer than a day or two

The location, the cleanliness, the comfort and the beautiful decor.

There is no elevator. We were on level one. It we were on higher it would’ve been difficult as our cases were 20Kg. Ask for the first floor.

Lovely, large, quiet and atmospheric room, very comfortable bed with well-furnished seating area, good amenities and room services, great part of the city, close to everything.

A little on the dark side and no lift, we were on the third floor!
