Very kind staff. Especially the man on reception. Polite, clever and always willing to help.

The property is clean, great location, close to bus stops and to flixbus station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. I loved the fact that they have storage room.

My room was next to the boiler room so it wasn’t quiet at night. The wifi didn’t work well in my room.

The location was close to the bus stop. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

Very limited breakfast selection. Payment was only possible in Czech Koruna — it's a shame we weren't informed of this beforehand. The water pressure in the shower was weak. It's a pity there was no hairdryer or refrigerator.

Temparature in the room it was about 35 degrees celsius,couldn’t sleep at all over the night, staff was just ignoring the guests,breakfast was very poorly

Window in room was out of order. Sign supplied. 2nd window could not fully close. Room was top floor. Very warm.

Comfortable location, very clean, friendly stuff

My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The woman at check-in did a nice job of showing me how to get in and out of the building outside of hours. The view from my room was nice.

The hours for check-in are pretty tight. I was in a top floor room with dormers, so the headspace was tight in half the room and made it a bit difficult to open/close one of the dormer windows. There's building construction next door which was noisy (but it didn't interrupt my sleep, so it was ok).

The bed was big, clean and comfy, very nice view from the5th floor. The bathroom was clean as well, bus stop justoutside the hotel, easy to get to the city center as well as tothe bus/train station

it is obvious that everything in the room and bathroom is notnew and needs renovation.In total, good price value option, though mind u, breakfast inthis case is really for not picky people, cause only essentialslike 2 kinds of sausages/2 kids of musli, 2 kinds of cheese, 2kinds of yogurt and so on..what in my case was.still enough

The location was good..easy and frequent bis connection to the old town and florence. Breakfast was also decent

I booked for 31st night without getting any other options. I knew it will not be good so much but still..the bathroom was clean but a bad consistent smell. I read in other reviews as well so was kind of expecting that. But the light of the bathroom was also bot working .. and we had to use the torch light. The room was ok but overall the hotel need a good renovation. It was just for a night or else will not stay again.

The hotel is located at a very good area, the city center and the main railway station are close. The neighbourhood is quiet. Breakfast was OK, although could have been more diverse. Staff speaks English well.

No hairdryer is the room, furniture is old-fashioned, the internet was slow

A lot of space in the room and nice staff.

We got bigger room but the room we booked looked much prettier at the photos than this one. There was very unpleasant smell from the bathroom so we had to keep windows open and therefore it was cold during the night. Breakfast was quite good but don't expect anything special.

I had a room on the top floor under the roof - the windows don’t open - there was a well used fan…but the air was rather stale.

Internet was fast. The bed was not uncomfortable except for the torn sheets.

You are shocked as soon as you enter the room. The room was dirty and dusty. bed sheets and towels were torn and old. The room and bathroom are old and need maintenance. Not to mention that it is far from the centre. If you don't have high expectations, breakfast is okay. In fact, the building is not a motel, only the top floor is used as a motel. Unfortunately, there is no reception in the evenings. This is the second time in my life that I have made such a negative comment about a stay. An accommodation definitely not worth the price given.
