Great location.

We booked this hotel in April, specifically because the listing stated that the price included breakfast and that there was a pool available. In August, we received an email saying there would be an extra charge for the pool, which was bad enough but when we arrived in mid-August, we were told the pool was closed completely due to reconstruction. Looking back now, we can only assume that at some point in August, the hotel also changed the description online, which is completely misleading and unfair.On arrival, we were also informed that breakfast was not included in the price after all, and that we would have to pay extra. In addition, we booked a quadruple room with a garden view, but what we received was neither a quadruple room nor a room with any garden view (see attached photos).Both Booking.com and EA Hotel Julis have refused to take responsibility for this clear misrepresentation. Booking.com’s customer service has been especially poor—they are not responding to us, and during our recent phone call their only advice was to “take up your own legal advice.”We feel this has been dishonest and deeply disappointing. Be very cautious when booking through Booking.com or with EA Hotel Julis, as they have completely mislead us (and many other reviews have also noted misleading information around the pool) not rectified or even acknowledged these issues.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Also we arrived very early around 10am and our room was already ready, again never happened before. The room was very big.

The hotel breakfast times were really weird, if i remember well untill 10am. And even if you arrived around 9.15-9.30 many things were already over.

Narrow slow lifts

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The overall service was lacking, and the facilities did not meet basic expectations. There was a noticeable absence of hospitality, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel and do not believe it offers good value for money.

Location was amazing , near from everything

I am traveling in December the weather very cold, the heater inside the room not working, and the blanket was very thin and small , only this the negative thing.

In the very center, everything is in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

Location, the size of the room. Easy access to the hotel. As a family it was good to have a small kitchnette.

Bathroom wasnt practicle. Everytime floor got wet due to the design of the shower. It can be fixed easily.

Very féiendly staff, Alex went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable.Super clean and ina great location.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. Staff was mostly very nice.

The bed and pillows were very hard, and not in a comfortable way. I like a hard matress but this was too much, and staff was unable to provide softer pillows.The heating in the main room didn't work. Someone did come to fix it but it didn't seem to help.The toilet clogged twice, they fixed it but it was an unpleasant experience.

Location is great! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and main attractions. Christmas market right outside your door. Metro and tram locations close by.

Bedding could be a bit more substantial.

The location is excellent, walking distance to all the main attractions. Located right in the middle of Wenceslas Square. staff were very friendly. The room was clean and convenient.

There is a small "kitchen" in the room, with a kitchen sink, kettle and a hob. Small fridge as well. Good sized room. There is a double bed, 2 seater sofa, coffee table and a dining table.

There is no lobby to the hotel. In order to move between the floors in the elevator you need to use your key card.

Location was excellent. Close to old and new towns, metro and museums.

The hotel location, cleanness and the staff are great. I would recommend this hotel but not in summer hot days

No air conditioner in hot days is not pleasant at all. If i knew the hotel doesn't have air-conditioning, i would probably stay somewhere else.

Nothing!

It was bad! There was spider webs everywhere and no room service to clean the room. Also the bed sheets had alot of dust and when we asked them to change they said that there is nothing wrong with them to change them and they do not provide room service.We requested to cancel the stay but usually their bookings are non-refundable! So be carful check the rooms before you pay!

No ac, no pool:read the description, no gym, food was decent, staff was rude, but maybe that's just Prague. They have a lot of room for improvement, especially for the price
